Our US Supreme Court Is Out of Control

David Cruise talked about generics and how the US Supreme court voted 5 to 4 that these companies can slap on the brand name label to their pill bottles and if there are side effects, well, that’s just too bad.  It’s another of these “rights” justices have instituted to mess over the common people.  If the compounds are the same it would seem that only the inert powder the drug is cut with, that would make the slightest difference at all.  But David Cruise spoke of dire symptoms for these patients.  What I’m wondering is whether doctors can substitute generics for brand name drugs and pocket the difference from the insurance company.  In that case, it’s the doctor that should be sued.  But after all the federal government is cramming genetically modified produce down our throats so it's no wonder that besides the courts being in Monsanto's back pocket, that they should also be in the drug company's back pocket.

Hot off the press.  We have mentioned these loathsome cutbacks and "economy measures" the Republicans are so in love with instituting these days.  Paul Ryan wants to give us vouchers for free medical care.  I hear that Starbucks coffee accepts them now for a free cup of any coffee on the menu.  That's abut all they're worth.  Now in the hallowed state of Indians they are eliminating voting precincts, and they are going to institute "voting centers".  So now that people in the urban ghetto not only won't be able to vote after church in "souls to the polls" Sunday, but now location is entered as another bar to their voting.  These people have to make due with public transportation, and they are going to put only four of these "voting centers" in an entire city, and they are placing them naturally in the Republican suburbs.  So that voting by people in the inner ghetto will even be less likely to happen.

Radal, Radal, Radal,

Radal, Radal, Radal,
so much for his next Campaign.

The Genisis story in the Bible has two different versions of creation.  The first chapter of your reasonably respectable Darwin evolution version with the male and female of each species.  But in the second version - - Adam was created first and one by one the animals were brought to Adam and whatever he named them is what they were.  But then Jehovah God laments, "After all this time I have yet to find a help mate for Adam" and then the thought dawns on God "It is not good for man to be alone",  which is what Nicole kept trying to tell Father Eric, but he wasn't having any of it, till it was too late.  (Selah)   And how we have a riddle for you.  Who was Jimmy Carter's brother.  Is that riddle a hit or a strike out?  The answer can be found on track four of Album Nine, for you over there accross the pond in America who still exist in a vinyl medium.

Of course the tea party is willfully of what the Ronald Reagan administration was really like.  One liberal caller called the Rush Limbaugh program today enumerating some well known areas in which Ronald Reagan demonstrated he was no friend to conservatives.  The most obvious way is that he ballooned the federal deeficet to heights never before dreamed of.   Rush Limbaugh in an endeavor to "correct" the caller stated that it was Clinton who hiked Social Security FICA taxes.   Of course Newt Gingrich is famous for saying that the boom of 1994 to 2000 was due to the fact that he and the Republicans cut income tax rates, when in truth they were RAISED in the year 1993 just before said economic surge.  But people believe in deiifying a lot of people, even Jesus Christ.  Nobody would follow the teachings of Jesus the man, who said to pray in private and not in public, and not pray to "show off your spirituality".   But a fundamental problem comes right at the beginning of John when the scripture plainly said that "Jesus was a god".   This is beyond dispute and they know it.  If the Greek had intended that Jesus be equated with the Deity, they knew how to say it, and they didn't.  We are taught that God doesn't change, and yet it says that Jesus GREW in favor with both God and man.  How can "God" grow in favor with God, which is only to suppose that at some point in his life he had less favor than at other times.  Jesus grew tired.  Jesus was found sleeping once when the disciples wanted him to rouse and calm the tempest seas.  Jesus told the disciples that FAITH and using it for miracles was THEIR perogative more than his.  Tell that to Chuck Smith who insist that - - Chucks thinks that doubting God will answer prayers for a miracle is in itself "A true sign Chuck has matured in the faith".  We know from the movie "Ten Commandments" that the gods don't eat.  And yet Jesus ate broiled fish after he was resurrected.  Jesus taught that if you were a service man maimed or disabled, that said state of disability would follow you on into the Afterlife alias the "Kingdom of Heaven".   Jesus himself still had his wounds after he was raised in his 'New Resurrection Body.   Perhaps Chuck Smith had better rethink his hopes of "getting an all new body" in the afterlife.  Jesus said it was easier for the poor to get into heaven than it was for the rich.   Jesus said to do your alms giving and charitable work in secret and don't publicise it for personal gain.  Jesus used a racist slurr on the daughter of a Pheonecian woman.  Jesus condemned the remarrying of anyone divorced on cause of Adultry, and anyone who married them was an adulterous BY THAT MERE ACT.  Jesus never said "Stoning of adulterous women was wrong and should be abolished".  Jesus never said not to pay all taxes owed to the government.  Jesus rebuked a man for calling him "Good" saying "Only God is Good".  Jesus never claimed that he'd never made a mistake in his whole life.  Jesus believed that the story of Adam and Eve was literal history, and don't let these liberal talk show hosts tell you otherwise.  Jesus predicted that (if you believe he even said it at all) that he would be in the grave for three days and three nights.  Not two nights and one day.   Jesus appeared to believe that the "man of sin" alias the Antichrist would come while the Second Temple in Jerusalem was still standing.  Jesus never foresaw the primacy of an apostle he never chose, one Saul of Tarsus.  As far as Jesus knew - - if there was any "apostolic authority at all" it was in the twelve he chose.  Jesus apparently did NOT know about modern medical science, in fact Jesus did not advance the cause of science one iota while he lived.   Jesus taught that if your "neighbor" had a beef with you, to go first and reconsile with your neighbor and then come to perform your religious duties and ritual sacrifices.  What if people in the tea party had to follow this rule?  Jesus "hung out with sinners" and yet today pastors tell their congragation not to go to places like bars or nightclubs.  You know "places Jesus wouldn't go".  Nowhere, as Neil Savedra alludes, does the Bible say anywhere that Jesus "possessed all the knowledge of the Universe" either while still in the cradle or at any time.  Jesus in fact admits that "Only the father knows when the Son of Man will return to earth".  So - - like Ronald Reagan, we find that Jesus' divinity is in considerable question.  (Selah)

Michael Skakel, the Kennedy relative who was tried and convicted for killing a fifteen year old girl in September 1975 - - is guilty as far as I'm concerned.  The Federation thinks go too.  Apparently Michael said that "Yes I comitted the murder and I'm going to get away with it because I'm a Kennedy".  We still don't know what happened with Ted Kennedy and Chapiquittic and Marry Jo Kopechney.  Teddy changed his deposition probably more than once, and the deposition now does not hang together.   Teddy never even tried to run for President after Chapiquittick.   There is the "Two Mrs Grenville' curse of- - perhaps a Court will set you at liberty- - but in the eyes of the rest of the world you're guilty as sin.

She showed me her room
She talked about time travel
I wondered if she could

Venus was looking awfully bright tonight, about five times as bright as I've ever seen it.  It was kind of freaking me out.   We told you about "Time domes" a while back.  (I know, last week is an awfully long time to remember back)  Picture some loop - - like a pair of headphones without the speakers.  (OK make them really tiny, if you want)  People who listen to Stereo headphones have the interplay between the ears, assuming that you have a functioning brain and are not a malfunctioning android.  Remember back when we said "If only we could construct some - - resonance chamber.  It shouldn't freak you out that instantanious travel to a star six hundred light years away cast a shadow three hundred years into the future.  After all we have taken the oil from the ground that took millions of years with Dinasaurs sacrificing their lives to produce, and it casts a shadow decades if not longer, in the way of pollution clean up.  (Selah)  We said yesterday (?) that said "time domes" or "Event Horizons" may be more important than we thought.  The strange thing about them of course is that they transcend the present time and extend into the past.  So it's kind of a case of "the past coming alive" because to us in the sky and we see a supernova - - or an occultation of Regelus or something and we think it's happening right while we are watching it.   Two things (at least) can change your Event Horizon.  One is the passage of Time, and another is gravity exposure in the form of acceleration - - or not.   There is a Steppinwolf song called called "Snow Bird" saying "He claimed he wanted heaven but praying was too slow, so he bought himself a magic carpet made of snow".  Interesting concept.  Not that I've been trying to "snow' anybody or maybe just sell you some "snow".  Yes you might as well give me that gold ring on your finger because I happen to know your marriage is over.  I'm saying that Ether is a more "plastic"  (Plyable for those of you in Rio Linda) substance than we ever thought, more mercurial.  "Well why didn't you just say that in the first place!"   "Plastic soul, man! - Plastic soul!"  track 3 CD 3.  What we are ignorant of or are only vaguely speculative of today- - may be considered common knowledge tomorrow, just as computers were really "far out" not all that long ago, but are common place utilities today.  (Selah)
