One Man's Meat - Another Woman's Poison

An anthropologist's job is to explore culture in the world in which he finds himself. How then would an anthropologist approach God? The key isn't "Florida -Florida - Florida" but "Language - language- language". Language forms the very pillars by which we frame our ideas and support our arguments. First you have to find how your native specimine views himself. In God's case it's clearly evident that he views himself as a masculine entity among other masculine entities for the affection of the women. He views women as entities as things to give him pleasure and he uses as long as they are useful to them. But these women have no rights. They are merely recipients of his grace, which may be either extended or recinded at his will. A comon theme is that we humans are viewed by His Holiness always in the feminine gender. I think it isn't too big of a stretch to view God as sort of a glorified pimp. What he does is sell you a line he doesn't believe himself. (You see pastors doing this all the time appealing to people's fantacies) He gives you the line how The World has mistreated you but he has come to rescue you from "The World" and he will "take care of you" and maybe even buy you gifts. But in exchange you have to prostitute yourself to be what you inherently do not want to be. In a moment of despair a few days ago I was thinking "OK God. What do you want me to be. What do you want me to do? What do you want me to say? What emotions do you want me to fake today? They even use the same verb- - "Hooking" be it fishers of men- - or else- - fishers of paying men. You sacrifice everything to the Pimp including your Identity and your Morals. This last thing is a key thing to remember since the moral core of Christianity is one with which I cannot agree. It may have not escaped your notice that I am a fan of Nicole on Days of our Lives. Why would I, a man, identify with an ex hooker and porn star? Hummmm? Johnny Wendell said that certain Democrats seem to suffer from "Battered wife sidrone". A way of "coping" and "surviving" with a Pimp, or God, is keeping your emotional distance, even if you are forced into physical proximity. Constantly you are told to "stuff your emotions". Emotions are evil, except the ones you fake to the Johns, or the ones you fake to your pimp in some perhaps vain attempt to curry favor. Obviously a poor self image is key to falling into this trap. He owns you but you have no rights to question any of his morals. It's a theological axiom we have no right to question where this or that action of God is "Morally Right". As a pimp he has his own insecureties and your independance is his greatest fear. Some pimps like Spike on Passions can be almost lovable at times, with a cute sense of humor. Like God the pimp himself doesn't "grow". He's content to live within his own ghettoized world of his making.

Here's another unspoken truth for you, the one we didn't get around do on the last posting. It's that dark thing you suspect is that there is "something actual and real about the Calvary Chapels", much as I would like to deny that there is. I don't think you can chalk up the fantastic success the Calvary movement has had without looking into some supernatural hocus pocus from one place or another. Calvary Chapel used to be a "Little country church on the edge of town" like the song says. Today it's a "Big sprawling church in a megalopalus". Lives have been changed and I'll even concede that lives have been dramatically helped and improved because I've seen it numerous times myself, of course never with me. Pete Richards and Jim Cooper (two of our ZAC friends) have both had their lives dramatically improved by Calvary Christianity. I know a girl named Sylvia whom I was told became an attorney. She started off as nothing. Another girl, Gloria (a black) had her life dramatically turned around for the better. These people used to say openly "I dare you to ask God for a sign" and presumably they got one that appeared in tomorrow's message. But as Mark Campbell might say, "Those out there idling their lives away on Beggar's Farm, get transported to lavish palaces. - - - They are invited for dinner and they are served as the main course!" Indeed the phrase "Back on the farm" never had such a glorious ring to it. But I guess what people want to know is where is their kryptonite vulnerable point. Well, I drew God's picture for you. But what if you asked them to draw you the same way Obama was portrayed on that magazine cover? In other words, do the same exercise with them that you'd do with a young emotionally troubled child. Have them draw a picture of their feelings about you. I don't think these people could do it. Do you know why I believe that. It's because the things they say passes out of their mouths without ever being processed by their brains. If they actually had to THINK about how they interact, it would freeze them up like a computer. I could draw a caracture of The Asshole from El Paso. Just take your typical Bible thumping southern redneck, who is defensive to the point of pugnacity, who has "Gone Hollywood". But could he draw me? I don't think he could because these people are as afraid of mirrors as the Scarecrow on the Wizzard of Oz is of Fire.

You know, Hillary Clinton's supporters don't support the addage of forgive and forget. These people even over a month out are STILL not about to support Obama. Many of these voters would honistly rather vote for Mc Cain. I know one woman personally like this. And I don't blame them considering how Obama has flip flopped. I just was sent a mailing today cataloging Obama's numerous flip flops on so many issues. How he's off to Iraq and Afghanistan. To be frank I don't see how anything but harm to the Obama campaign can come from this trip. Whatever he says about it, it will only be used against him by his enemies. This mailing also had a poll saying Obama only lad by one solitary percentage point. I don't need to remind you that Obama did kind of a melt down from the first of March on, which in former times used to be the entire campaign. It was clearly just a matter of time before Hillary caught him, and some argue that she did. Who wants to "back into the nomination"? This mailing said that Mc Cain has a better than even chance should he go after the liberal moderates out there. This may sound strange coming from me but right now I just TRUST Mc Cain more than I trust Obama. I'm looking for a reason to still be for Obama and I'm having trouble finding one.

They say that we have in comon 96% of our DNA with the Ape. That raises an interesting question that if that four percent can make such a dramatic difference in what we as species are able to achieve, just think what another three or four percent could do. One of these days and no one can say when- - there will be that mutant- - that "hopefull flook" leap in evolution that will bring the human species to new heights, if you can even call us human any more. We are trying to make a super race out of our children force-feeding our babies with computer cartoons and games and word puzzles at two or younger. They say that early education matters, and we are fast putting that to the test. Some say that "a secure feeling" aids in emotional and intellectual development. If so children today are setting new all time records for "securety" both economically and all these emotional aids I never had as a kid. So my question is, "With all this liberals have going for them why is Mc Cain only one or two points down in the polls? Why do people still trust Mc Cain on that all important matter of Security. Johnny Wendell was really mocking talking about "Battered wife sidrone" today and perhsps the Republicans via Karl Rove will invoke some magic powers and pull a rabbit out of the hat. This is not a fear I would dismiss out of hand. Again I was telling God a couple days ago "You say you want to bend my will? Frankly I don't CARE who wins and who loses. Just TELL me whom to vote for and I'll pimp out my vote for you". Elections have been known to be decided by some last minute decision or breaking news event. Now Hillary doesn't like Bush's new Rules about Abortion. If you ask me abortion is not a winning issue for the democrats. In fact funny as it seems, they have an acute shortage of "winning issues" because any one of them could be yanked away at any moment by Presidential decree For instance Bush can see a "time horizon" for ending the war. Now the issue of a rift between Meliki and Bush on our presence in Iraq is gone as an issue. Many may well up seeing that "sure victory" at the beginning of the year Gone in sixty seconds.

More Radio-Active Issues

You know of course that the term "radioactive issue" refers to an issue that's so volatile nobody dares touch it. I'd like to run down a few of them right now. After this posting I believe we'll be seeing you in "Marcus in Exile" unless I decide to skip right to "The Soap Opera of Life".

OVER POPULATION: This indeed is the elephant in the tent nobody is talking about. You know constitutional experts say that certain first amentment rights can be suspended "When facing a clear and present danger". Well, over population is a clear danger, and I believe by now it is a present danger, and it's only going to get worse with no sign of a trend reversal. We remind people to spay and nuter your pets. When will we receive public service message of "Be sure and spay or nuter your kids today". What we speak of with such reverence today, our reproductive rights, is something most people wouldn't give a second thought to depriving animals of. Clearly in terms of food and energy usage symptums of reaching a "crisis point" are already at the door.

WORLD TRADE CENTER ATTACK: The evidence in my mind is pretty clear that those plane colisions did not bring down those buildings; planted explosives did. People can see the physical evidence for themselves on the internet. You know all people like Thom Hartman want is for the question to be looked into. It's like the umpire getting sand kicked in his face so he couldn't see whether the last pitch was a strike or a ball. We need to question a few more people. The ramifications of this issue are pretty grave, but some day we may have to face it.

KENNEDY ASSASENATION: We still don't know who killed President Kennedy. The best evidence is that Oswald did not act alone. There is also evidence that Oswald was having marital problems with his wife and killing the President may have been a way to demonstrate his sexual prowess. We know the rout was changed the last minute. We know a lot of things. We also know in 1993 there was a massive media move to put all "conspiracy theories" to rest. At the time I dubbed 1993 as the year of "anti-conspiracy".

ELECTION FRAUD IN OHIO: Thom Hartman today talked about how historically valid Exit polling has been to varify questionable elections in other countries. Of course all those other countries have a paper trail. We are the only people who don't seem to believe in that. Apparently exit polls were trusted implicitly in this country till 1998 when there was some vague questions about some Republican primaries. By 2000 there were pronounced descrepencies between the Exit polling and the eventual more pro Republican results. At the time people on the news comenting just said "Well, what do you know we goofed. How about that?" By 2004 in Ohio things had developed more markedly. Election fraud was unmistakable in Ohio. There is a Rolling Stone article, a long one, on the internet and I think I'm going to re-read it, and probably download it to my computer for future reference. The article examined the question nine ways to Sunday. By 2004 now the Media was not even saying just "We goofed", but they instead changed all the "exit poll" numbers at midnight, so that they conformed to the more George Bush ballot results. It's actually been twenty years since any Republican running for president has actually won by more than 51% majority. But nobody will touch this issue, either.

EXPLORING THE SUPERNATURAL: This is another radioactive issue. People have the notion that there is "no life on other planets" and "there is no world after we die" and "spirits and angels don't exist". So of course Sylvia Brown will be called a whack-a-doodle. I disagree with her about the "ocelation frequencies of molicules". It's called TEMPERATURE. It has nothing to do on whether you "see" an object or whether you don't. This notion of ocelation frequency comes from a Star Trek episode where Data's head was retrieved from a pit in Carson City, Nevada in 1892. I will agree with Sylvia to the possibility that "thoughts" can cause some as of yet undiscovered disturbance in the ether. Walter Martin (who like a stopped clock is right twice a day) once said that Jesus in John 20 didn't "go through walls" to appear to his desciples in a locked room, but he merely "switched dimensions on them". As to the matter of "hyperspace" I need to clarify something. I once said "hyperspace" was space inside a black hole. But that is NOT my usual definition of hyperspace. Rather- - hyper-space is space involving the sixth dimension. I wish Sylvia would talk more about existance in all six dimensions.

HISTORY AS DOGMA - HISTORY AS RELIGION I'm sure there must have been a man somewhere who said "He who controls the History of a culture controls the culture. Both the left and the right wing in this country right now are contending for control of the History books our children learn their facts from. We know people think Obama was raised in a Medrasa, or whatever. We know for the longest time people thought Saddam Hussein was somehow directly connected th the events of 9 - 11. We know that when people are asked questions about world history their ignorance can be shocking. Such ignorance can easily be taken advantage of by demogogues. People tell mythic tales to control others and keep order in society. Fathers tell their sons "stories" that may or may not be true, in order to drive home some moral point. George Burnes once talked about "What about the question behind the question". Perhaps it's time to search out the motive behind the ANSWER. The following is a Radioactive position. That the Book of Acts in the Bible is pure fiction and that the figure of St. Paul is probably ninety percent fiction, with perhaps some factual remnent. So why was this story TOLD? The answer is so that Rome would continue to subjegate the Jews, why else? This is the one lasting legasys Christianity has (among so many claimed legasys) and that is to stick it to the Jews, with this highly developed and meticulasly manicured- - cock & bull story.

EXISTANCE ITSELF:
How can existance itself go up on trial? Because we believe a fairy tale that time "just exists" and is not a finite created comodity. We believe in "Free Will". Few of us have any real concept of what a DIMENSION really is. (Computer Programmers who work with Arrays do) We hear that word thrown around "This product we want to sell you will take your pleasures to a whole other dimension". Some things scientists say on Cosmology we have to take "on Faith". We all don't have Max Brady's IQ and don't have the mental capacity to check out all the mathematical formulas for ourselves. Our emjoyment of our environment would be much richer if we could. We know first of all that dimensions didn't used to exist but that multiple thousands came into existance the minute the Big Bang occurred. (This harkens to yet another StarTrek episode) And we know that some dimensions we either move through blind, or trapped in or out of, or cant perceive at all. We take this on Faith. In a Simpson's episode it showed space aliens sucking up the entire Universe and in the end, God's existance was termanated. We know if we are all Calvinists here that nothing happens in this world unless God allows it to happen. Knowing this should save the asking of a lot of other questions such as "How can I get back to Find the Way". Any time talk verges on "Finding your way back from perdition" or some such thing, a buzzer out to go off. "This Is Not God". You know- - I had one more Radioactive issue I was going to bring up today but I've already given you people quite enough to think about.

On the Simpson's there is the comic book figure "Radioactive Man". Oddly this term was "back-formulated" or however George Bush would say it- - by the Federation. They adopted the term Radioactive Man to describe Zachery. The thing is that the people who now "believe" in Zachery are not the people who "Created" him, so to speak. But this is kind of a Radioactive topic with the Federation- - and Mal Evans- - because they know they goofed and it's an embarrasment. Of course the letters ZACHERY add up to 86 or the element Radon, or some such thing.

Use It Or Lose It

President Bush's performance in the press conference Tuesday morning was abysmal. It seemed as spaced out as Dr. Messina. (OK inside joke) He seemed in his own little world, more so than usual. He did talk about how market forces are what in the end rule. But it's kind of like whacking a championship runner in the knees so that he cam compete with Jr. High kids. By the time "market forces" actually cut demand for gasoline the economy will be so sick it will rival the great depression. It's kind of like sending a guy with a raging fever to the Hililayas. There are better ways to solve the problem. And Bush praised this democratic congress for passing all the bills he wants passed and is confident that they will continue to pass other bills he wants before they go on yet another extended vacation. But there is a ray of hope. Now the democrats are sponsoring some sort of "Must Drill" bill against the oil companies who least land and then do nothing with it. Apparently there are some ten thousand leases, and Senator Defazzio (???) has this bill which is pretty much summed up as "use it or lose it". Apparently even Obama is not averse to expanded dripping, in fact would encourage it, on the land. Also there are even places to the west of the Arctic Reserve that is deemed OK to drill in.

There is some new study that people who are impotent are that way because they don't have enough sex, and that people who have sex more regularly don't have that problem. I beg to differ with this analisis. So many people confuse cause with effect when they make their little deductions. Most impotency is caused by things like age, being overweight, diabetus- - and most importantly, various medications. You know the deal. In this "use it or lose it" vein, Jesus Christ in the gospels talked about the parable of the ten tallents and how the guy with just one tallent burried his and was rebuked by Jesus who said "Even that which a man has will be taken away from him". Of course now Tony Robins (?) was on TV and he talked about the up side to the coming economic recession in that it can be used as an object lesson for your older children on the value of money. He suggest people go out and look for someone less fortunate than they and assist them. Also there is the story making the rounds about a man who in 1939 just after the invasion of Poland, combed the newspaper looking for every comon stock he could find for under a dollar and he bought it, and became a multi millionaire. They say the best time to buy is when you're queezy in the pit of your stomach. I mentioned half jokingly that all of you readers out here should short oil futures. Because you never know when the price of oil is going to crash, and the odds favor that happening, since apparently, Bush and the leader of Iran are about to kiss and make up, thus aleviating that overhanging worry. What shorting is can be explained by this little story. Suppose I see my friend Sam and I say to him "I would like to sell you the gasoline in my full tank of gas, but I get the use of the gasoline still, and you don't have to pay me a penny- - - now. But I have a mandentory option to buy back my own gasoline, which I will be happy to do when the price drops by fifty percent and we settle up and Sam sells me back my own gasoline back for half the price, which means he's probably out fifty bucks.

There was a thing on Roosevelt last night. This man represents a triumph of the human spirit. Because he had polio he went to Warm Springs Georgia and developed the place into sort of a therapy retreat for the afflicted. In the process he got to know people and their problems and other worries besides polio. He would sometimes show courage in walking and desguizing the fact he had polio using a cain or the arm of another in a large croud. Apparently someone asked Al Smith "why would you support such a potential rival?" and Smith just said, "Oh, I'm not worried; the man will be dead in six months". But of course Roosevelt kept hope alive that those healing waters of the springs would cure him, if he kept his muscles conditioned.

Robert Kennedy had a few words of his own to say about the gross national product. He said that it can't measure the smile of a child or the joy of family life, or how well their children are educated, or their emotional, mental, and spiritual well being. And the things the GNP does measure often aren't all that good. They measure how many cops we need to keep down crime, and the prisons needed to house criminals. It measures pollution by the resources we need to clean it up, and it measures the vast implements of war weaponry. Even President Eisenhaur talked about how the implements of war were useless in building a lasting economic society.

Some have mentioned that democracy is doomed the moment people realize they can vote themselves benefits from the public treasury. My contention is that having a massive dependant welfare state is not the goal for any true democrat. But the important thing to remember is to view the economy of the US as an economic body. And that body is not best served hooked up to a heart and lung machine, helplessly dependant. But in this body politic being a team player is important. If the kidney competes with the liver for nutriants and tries to starve the liver out and grow itself into something massive, the body is not well served. We call this an epidemic of cancer. Some people say that if you "die of cancer" than the "Cancer won". But when the body dies, the desease dies, if it's cancer. That's how it works. They say when a Wal Mart comes into town, one hundred businesses die. This is not beneficial to society. Hartman remarks that even in nature the little fish are protected with hiding places and such. Apparently even Karl Marx in "Das Capitol" talked about how the medium sized fish eat the little fish and the bigger fish eat the medium sized fish. If one would extend this analogy- the big fish would themselves find their own food sources depleted with nothing left to destroy, much as the forests were ravaged a hundred years ago. But even in nature it's not always the biggest alpha male that rules the roost. In cattle and other herd animals looking for watering holes, the animals look at just when 51% of the animals are pointing in the same direction, and all at once the animals go in that direction, looking for a watering hole. Why I say all of this is because even Big Oil can't survive- - with nobody to sell their oil to after an economic crash. One needs to look at the economic health of the whole organism. This is what Barock Obama needs to stress.

For me this has been a jinxy week. I haven't been in the best of spirits with various problems cropping up, some involving the loss of property. Back in the old days (up till about a month ago) I might have imported writings from Word to flesh out my blog postings. I'd imagine that I will be doing fewer blogs now that I'm no longer able to do this. I think this week's jinx is connected to various disparaging thoughts I was having about psychic Sylvia Browne. Sylvia Browne has spiritual forces to protect her from people like me, and any others that would doubt her powers. She has all those people on the Montell Williams show, week after week, who bear witness. And how many people does she talk to in a day- - and have the vast majority of them satisfied with her. Indeed compared to your average Christian preacher- - she has been "vetted" much more thoroughly. She has fifty times as much talking about the supernatural as any of them do. It's no secret that- - if you read my material- - her spiritual origen is the Pliades, notibly what the Federation referrs to as "The Miami group" (after the Dolphins) She is in the same group as so many others such as Ron Hubbard, Gene Dixon, Arthur Ford, Ruth Montgomery, ect ect. As you know their metaphysical views are similar- - and they differ from my own. I would also say as to her hundred years of prediction into the future that a hundred years is a long time. In politics you can't predict out to the end of the year. But it's a prudent thing to know where your jinx comes from, so you can deal with it. I don't want to raise any eyebrows- - but certain powers have their "Ways", if you know what I mean, of dealing with Doubters. (Selah)

Not a Dime's Worth of Difference

Since I have a little extra time today I might as well do this posting, though it's hard to come up with something really new to talk about. People are upset about the cover of New Yorker magazine, which shows Berock Obama and Michelle in Moslem attire and an American flag in the fireplace, etcetra. Six months ago I would have been bothered by this cartoon but now I just don't care. Obama has already made it plans he doesn't stand for anything. If Obama were put on trial for being a liberal the jury would return a Not Guilty verdict in twenty minutes.

Now we're going to ease our way out of Iraq and at the same time go right into Afghanistan, since the situation is worstening there. Once again I'm inclined to yawn. Because after fighting there for six or seven years Al Qaida is stronger than ever, so what's the point? Pakistan is a sanctuary area for Al Qaida so we're never going to get them. For those who were hoping for a Peace Divident, well, sorry, Charlie. That's not going to happen. In terms of the issues I saw Mc Cain at a Town Hall meeting today in San Diego talking to a Latino group on "humain" immigration. Apparently drug runners will rat you out of you're crossing the border, so that the agents will be drawn away from where the drug runners are crossing. I myself am satisfied with Mc Cain's stand on immigration. At this point the difference between the two candidates is that Obama wants to vastly balloon government expences. Both apparently plan to take drastic steps to fend off the recession which technically has not even begun yet. How wonderful it is for an institution to be "too big to fail". I think that's why Christianity has led such a charmed life. It's "too big to fail". So I guess the lesson we all take away from it is try and get to where the gravy train is. Get where they are passing out money. Apparently they ran some experiment at the Rand Corporation that involved trusting the other. They were supposed to simulate some underground sale or transfer like two criminals would do. One guy would burry some jewelry or other valuables and the other guy would bury money and each would dig the other's up. And when they ran this simulation it turned out that consistently the only people who were never trustworthy were sociopaths - - and economists. I'm not sure what that means. Of course we hear in Europe now they have a whole year's leave for paid maternity leave, and even the fathers get time off. I remember back fifteen years ago when Howard Stern and others raised a howl of protest when it was suggested one had a right to ten days UNPAID leave per year. Things have come a long way. Hartman says they "over hire" in other countries so that people can take five and six week vacations. Sounds like the good life. But here they work employees to death and they leave. I agree with Hartman that "the powers that be" want to turn the United States into a third world country. We have a growing lower incom and poor class, and we aren't known for manufacturing anything. Our claim to fame comes from rich people pushing money around. But you know Obama will never talk about the real issue. He'd love to talk about some new freeby or government program to make people provide insurance. In other words he wants to require MORE of what we AREN"T DOING already. And he wants us to do more of it. In short, Obama's economic policy is non compus mentus. What we need to do is to correct all the imballances in the economy such as the trade ballance and immigration. But Obama believes, "Why waste time dealing with all the hard issues when all I have to do is stroke the people saying they'll get everything they want if they just elect me".

Montell was talking about teenage prostitutes and how they fall into a poverty trap and a pimp gives them drugs and they spend forever "working off the debt" by hooking. One might almost think they had no choice. But if this were twenty years ago when I was still a Christian, per chance I might try and witness to one of them. I bet you know what the response would be. It would be "Get out of here; I'm working. I have to put food on the table and you're wasting my time". And the funny thing is she'd be right of course. An impoverished person can't witness. Not everybody gets where they are by choice. Ted Bundy really didn't become the darling of Focus on the Family by all the "good decisions" he made in his life. Some people say that Christianity wipes the slate clean. That's not exactly true. First of all in my case the slate isn't wiped at all. All the negative aspects are still there. But for someone to have a "blank slate" it would be like the new kid in town playing on the local baseball team. You've heard the line, "I don't want to take a chance on an unknown". For a Christian the slate isn't blank. If it were blank you'd be an absolute nothing, a nobody. No, a Christian when he gets saved is Albert Sweitzer, Mother Teresa, and Ghandi all rolled into one. Fantastic things are attributed to the successful ones, like Chuck Gerrard, Bob Dylan, or Charles Tex Watson. Bill Clinton came up with the line a few months ago "If you see a turtle on a fence post, you can bet he didn't get there himself". Most people don't have a lot of choices in life. And of course most people aren't God. They don't know the future. They can't see the end result of every single alternative they might take. Hartman points out that White middle class and Black middle class are horses of a different color. A white household has a lot of inherited wealth from prior generations. Just as the typical Calvary proselide seems to have this "vast inheritance" that's laid at their feet the minute they get saved. I myself have always had this niggerization factor. I have to fight a lot of things I had absolutely no control about creating. It kind of makes you wonder what if one person were zapped instantly into another's life. Even if I were to wake up tomorrow an Iraqi citizen- - some peasent trying to dodge the bullets and the opposing religion, I would be at a disatvantage. I'd have to learn everything (and the language) on the fly so to speak. Everybody else would have had their whole lives to prepair for being a "good moslem" or whatever.

I've further checked the astrological indicators of the planets and combinations of planets and it would seem next years "rapture date" of 9-21-09 is a better one than the one I had pegged for this year of "10-01-08". The only thing is this year fits in a lot better with psychic vibes I've had for the past twenty years. An area where Christians show themselves to be jackasses is that they say "What you believe will be what comes to pass". This idea is so patently false I could do ten pages on the subject. I "envisioned" a lot of things about myself that never came to pass. I sure never would have believed Berock Obama would defeat Hillary Clinton for President. In fact some are saying now that Hillary plans to make a convention fight of it, and this time I'm going to side with Hillary because she voted against the FISA bill. Sometimes, as Arlo Guthrie comicly puts it in Alice's Resturant, "There was a third possability that we hadn't counted upon". This is why only a jackass would say "all my bets are covered" pertaining to the After Life. If we have unknowns between now and late August, there are certainly manifold more unknowns for after you die- - with possabilities you never dreamed of, both good and bad. This is why I tend to put more weight on Astrology and less on psychic preminitions. Preminitions are fine if based on some "clues" that exist in reality. But as the EST people say, people get "Notions" that they cling to. There is some part of the brain called the hypocampus, where anything there is perceived as Truth. I don't understand that. A lot of psychology therapists have "Notions" and what you need to do is sound a loud buzzer each time one pops up. I personally would like to see God as a contestent on that show about Telling the Truth. My guess is it would be so embarrassing for Him that he'd "never do it again". See you in the funny papers. Bye.

People Who "Don't Get It"

There is such a dizzying array of stories in the news it's hard to know where to begin. Last night I watched a computer program to "read people's faces" to glean emotions because people with Aspurger's sidrone lack this ability to read other people's emotions so the computer clues them in. Of course Aspurger's sidrone is a form of autism, that one in 150 children suffer from according to the latest statistics. They say there are three genes that exist but are not "turned on" with autism. I had formerly seen items where various ailments are caused or prevented by genes "not being switched on". Sometimes learning drills can do it alone. But perhaps they can use drugs. This is a case in which a drug might actually prove beneficial.

Of course I've been trying to figure out why this guy Gary, who is annoying, reminds me of a Born Again Christian. I've suspected that he has "Aspurger sidrone" because I'm constantly sending him signals besides the verbal ones, that I'm bored or annoyed by the things he says, but he never seems to pick up on the message. I thought of calling this posting "Don't believe your own psychic vibes, just listen to the propaganda". James Dobson is an advocate of "turning off" your own preminitions and vibes. But a lot of times you read a lot through body language, though I doubt it's sixty percent or higher as they say. Reading Nicole's emotions today on DL one saw a lot of trepidation, dejection and anxiety. But clearly I have given enough "signs" both verbally and by my actions, that I was very interested in Born Again, say even in 1971. But all of these signals were blocked and rejected and I was walled out. Even in 1976 and early 1977 I was keenly interested in getting in to a regular "Bible Study". But I made a horrible mistake. You see, I saw a Bible teacher as a conduit, a means to an end. That "end" being a better understanding of the Bible and drawing closser to God. Instead when we finally got a regular one (a future Calvary pastor) it was "All About Him". The Teacher became the central iconic focus of the group and all else about the fellowship group seemed expendible that the Teacher gain further predominence. I'm just saying this because if there is a planet out there, like Beta Centaurius, in charge of Born Again- - they are probably saying now "This whole thing didn't turn out at all like we planned. It's gotten really out of hand". The other morning I woke up with a certain StarTrek episode running through my mind. It was that "Dowd" episode where this guy lived with his wife on this planet that had otherwise been wiped out by a space invasion. And Piccard wanted to know why. At the same time Dianna Troy's psychic abilities were actively being blocked by the old man. I'm thinking perhaps his wife symbolizes Jesus, or someone you wish hadn't been killed, but was, but you can't accept it so like Norman Bates have to "bring her back" and all sorts of genocidel fanticies (or attrocities against young women in the shower) have to be committed to counter-ballance your own obsessive vengence. And you engage in cover ups in other ways like produce space ships that twice "Run Captain Piccard off" and like a moth, each time he keeps coming back, as if driven by his own obsession, and Warf tells him "There's nobody here. What are you LOOKING for". That's like Christianity. There is nobody there- - at least nobody you're expecting and if you did "find what you're looking for" you wouldn't like it because reality would be more bizzare than you imagined.

Now Jesse Jackson wants to cut off Obama's balls. The worst things about Jesse Jackson's remarks about "Talking down to Black People" is that it makes the whole Black race look bad, and now the whole race is being put on trial. Meanwhile Obama could not have hoped for a better springboard, short of a Vitalaigo attack, to make him appear more White. I think I'm going to vote for the libertarian candidate. The reason for this is that will hurt Mc Cain and get Obama elected, but at least it will spare me having to vote for Obama. You can't support something that has abandoned you. I'm not going to redefine myself to acomodate some egotistical would be leader whose all image and no substance. (Selah)

So much of the news has a National Enquiror feel to it. Like this notion that the shot of missles in Iran being launched were doctored somehow. But apparently not as doctored as Randi Rhodes was claiming. Any time you see vidios like missiles going off, it's like a campaign add for Mc Cain that money can't buy. But now Mc Cain has his own comeuppance because Phil Graham is saying that we are all whiners and just "imagining" the recession. No doubt in the same way that I'm "imagining" my problems with Christianity. The thing is these gas prices are real and energy costs affect the cost of everything we buy and things will only get worse in a snowballing phenominum that will cause our whole economy to unravle. Of course now there is this Revrend Lindsey guy who says the World Bank and the International Monitary Fund actually sets the price of oil and the Saudis are just as much victims of their swindles as we are. According to this man Iran plans to flood the world with cheap oil when the time is right, but there is a massive move afoot to prevent this from happening by any means possible. And now there are these bracelet things the airlines are going to Institute according to Randi Rhodes. These bracelets are given for passengers to wear so if you lose your boarding pass you can still get on the plane. And these bracelets have background information on you. And they also contain a shocking device in case you're a hijacker an airline stewardess can point a lazer gun and activate the electronic shocking device. I have no doubt that events in the world are moving so fast that a few years from now you won't recognize the place. But don't get "Future mental malaise!"

Thom Hartman says we should regard the Republican Party as a whole as a criminal enterprize like the Mafia. And the way to get it is to try to "turn" the small fish, and get them to finger the big guys. It isn't just "Political" as the media portrays it. The thing devistating about this FISA bill is that it's most likely in Civil suits where facts about the Bush Adminestration will be brought out in court. But now all of that is gone. Apparently Nancy Palosi is re-thinking bringing up Impeachment charges against President Bush. Hopefully if he's impeached then a provision in the constitution will kick in and the President will not be able to pardon himself. But the congress needs to vote out articles of Impeachment prior to January 20th. 2009.

Apparently 46% of the population wants troops out of Iraq in less than one year. It would seem that Obama is a little out of touch with the American people on this issue. There are all sorts of web sites out there including one saying that the 9 - 11 attack was caused because of our dangerous policy of supporting Israel. Of course there is documented evidence that there were bombs planted in the World Trade Center towers. We may never learn the truth about what happened that day. Thom Hartman is still saying that the Bush Adminestration plans to disenfranchize voters who are most likely to vote democratic such as minorities, the elderly, and the infirm. I hope we don't have another Zimbabue on our hands in this country. I think that someone has gotten to Tom Hayden. I didn't understand all that crap he was saying today except he was saying that Berock Obama is the leader os some "movement". If he is, I'd like to know what that "movement" stands for! I think there will be a growing tide to abandon the political parties much as the abolitionists did in Abraham Lincoln's day. Lincoln was one of those candidates who had trouble getting on the ballots in all the states, but he still won. But he didn't do it by compromizing. I even agree with Rish Limbaugh, as perverse as that sounds, on this issue. If you abandon your base, you squander your chances of winning elections. (Selah)

Randi Rhodes Reality Check

I guess it's the sign of a good attorney to take a case where all the facts and all of the finer points of the law are against you, and making an emotive, compelling case of it. Normally I'm one of Randy Rhodes biggest fans, and so often she gives words to the emotions all the rest of us are feeling. But not this time. Now she's defending Obama when clearly she shouldn't be and calling those liberals who are detractors of Obama's latest wholesale retreats to the center- - she's calling them "whiners". That's a term I'd expect Wally George to use! Let's take the Iraq as issue numero uno on the agenda. Do you remember when Donald Rumsfeld or somebody saying about the Iraq invasion of March of 2003 that "The conflict might last six days, perhaps six weeks. I doubt it will last six months". Suppose someone back then were to say "We're shooting for a year and a half but if the generals tell us it will take longer who are we to argue". Earlier in this campaign season Obama stated boldly that as President he is Commander & chief and that the generals take their orders from him and that he "sets the mission". Truman drove this point home hard when he fired General McArthur in the early 'fifties, in a move I personally would not have made, but he did it to prove the point that no General walks over the President of the United States. As such Obama should not be ASKING them, he should be TELLING them. He is the one who sets the Mission- - and not they. Certainly George Bush knows this basic fact. He goes so far as to intimidate everybody who would dare to give a report about Iraq that aren't to his liking. Bush knows who "The Boss" is. Apparently Obama doesn't. Personally I don't see why we can't get all out people out of there in six months. Do you remember a scene in "The Candidate" where Robert Redford was going to some disaster area in the state to promote some legeslation he wanted passed. Just then there is a roar of a hilocopter and opponet Crocker Jarmen lands and all the reporters flock to him leaving Redford in the dust, and Jarmen proposes the very legeslation the liberal had wanted. What is to stop President Bush from an October surprise of announcing that he's withdrawing all the troops in six months, and that he can do this because of the great success of the Iraq campaign. The lesson here is if you're going to fight for something then FIGHT for it. Randi Rhodes is right in calling this War an obscenity. People like Jesus Christ (on KFI) are horrified and shocked by the idea of sex between a man and a woman, but will give thumbs up to the greatest horrors of war as "Necessary". I have never lived through wiping my own blood off my face, or lifting the bloodied bodies of a comrad, or seeing decapitated and dismembered bodies and rotting corpses and all those other horrors Randi Rhodes mentioned. Why any one would want that to go on for ONE DAY longer than necessary excapes me. As we have said- - I now believe the entire war from the git go was a lie and a fraud and that President Bush has the blood of four thousand on his hands in pre meditated murder. I see no room for compromize here. I'm not going to go groveling to some "General" asking permission to end this Hell in a year and a half's time. If the situation is as rosy in Iraq as they now claim, I see no problem in getting troops out in six months. To argue for a strong position and fail is noble. To argue for a weak, watered down position, only to be talked out of even that by a "General" to me denotes the most extreme of weakness.

And now let's talk about the FISA bill. This may come as news to Randi Rhodes but there is ALREADY A FISA LAW ON THE BOOKS. It was passed in 1978 and the President is ignoring it, as he has many other laws. But as I just wrote to an associate what this FISA bill does is open up the flood gates to unlimited and unfettered government snooping on private citizens using the "Tel-Com" corporations. In a word, it's a giant step twords Communist China where the corporations work hand in glove with the government. Does Randi really want that sort of situation here? I don't think so. The biggest bullwark we have had against a Big Brother state happening is corporation's fears about being sued by anybody whose rights they happen to step on. Removing this inhibition would be like passing out vodka in an alcoholic ward. You would have chaos. Some would say "If you have nothing to hide, let the government snoop". But as I said, "This isn't the melinial age- - - yet. We aren't all angels, and Big Brother does things for less than pure and holy motives. Providing cradel to grave surveilance on the activities of the Public is not a mandate of the Constitution. For Randi to suggest that this is an "expendible" plank in the platform I do not accept. Dylan once wrote a song lyric, "I aint gona trust nobody- not even a Scientist". I suppose some would re-work that to say "I ain't going to Trust Nobody- - not even a Civil Libertarian". I raise this point to point out that some simple minded people can be manipulated with words. "Why, by not trusting people like Ralph Nader you are actually showing how Strong and Independant you are. You WANT to be strong and independent, don't you?" (To Rush Limbaugh: If you think too hard on this your brain will short out)

Some other things that are unacceptable is the idea that George Bush will never be prosecuted. Or the idea that Dick Chaney has the right to secretly run the country or that all these corporations like Blackwater have rights superior to enlisted G I's. This is not a government OF, BY and FOR giant corporations. And yet I haven't heard Obama talk about the relation between Bush and Chaney and these giant corporations. Which leads me to believe if he won't talk about these things, I'll give my support to someone who will. Some have even mentioned that there is some "Continuity of Government" rule that was instituted after 9 - 11. Once again is there is any kind of secret law like this just waiting to be invoked when the situation necessitates, I say it's best to go down swinging, like Sampson did. Sampson didn't get his place in the Bible by being a retiring coward! I think there are certain planks in one's "Platform" that are non negotiable, and Randi Rhodes should know this.

We talked about upright crosses verses diagonal crosses or X's. The upright cross in Federation terms should rightly stand for Dardanian Resistance, or D R in semaphore letters. I don't think "Dardanians" is a Wickipedia entry, but I can explain the historicity of the term... but just not right now in this post. The X figure is used in a lot of coat of arms and is big in Scottland. It seems St. Andrew's song is "I've been everywhere". He's been to Greece, and Rumania, and the Ukrane, and Scottland- - . OK and I know the X cross is used in a lot of Sado-masochistic pleasure pallaces. That should warm the cockles of St. Andrew's heart. That all this St. Andrew crap is non historical can be demonstrated is when you move from link to link, the new entry quotes the same paultry lines of "text" (probably from Eusubius) as the previous ones. The X is the letter "Chi". The initials for Jesus Christ are actually I X. So "turn me on, Jesus" (backwards) In terms of the skull and crossbones, the black symbolizes submission to God. The fact that the bones are crossed is kind of a negation factor. Death is crossed out and "these bones are gona rise" to quote the Song. And we're talking about John the Baptist and not Jesus.

Could We Have a Gay President?

I'll cut right to the chase. The answer, at least if Joe Mc Donald is correct is "Yet". Because one of the leading contenders for President, and it isn't Obama, is thinking of choosing an at least partially out of the closet homosexual. John Mc Cain is reportedly chummy with Charlie Christ, and I guess that's with a short "i") for Vice President. He is the new governor of Florida who replaced Jeb Bush. And Charlie is a guy who apparently goes to gay bars in Florida all the time, regularly picking up men. I've always said that if I went to a gay bar it would be like Deja Vu. I'd feel like I was at a Calvary Church because in neither place would there be any expection of finding a woman to have a sexual relation with. Of course Charlie Christ is now trying to cover his homosexuality by getting married to a "sensitive" and "sweet" girl. Just the sort of innocent that should have nothing to do with a guy like him. That's a horrible trick to pull on a woman is to marry her and then have her find out you're gay. Jesus's own words might even be used to say that the man was committing adultry in his heart before technically comitting the physical act. From running for Vice President it's a simple step to see how John Mc Cain could fall into ill health. Personally I don't think normnating the guy at the convention would be any problem, because the Republicans have almost as much capacity for self delusion as the democrats do. I don't really want to talk about Obama, except maybe later. I think picking a gay man covered by that fig leaf marriage of respectability, might just be what is needed to jump start the Mc Cain campaign and get certain groups such as the homosexually lobby on his side.

Today is July 6th. the 51st. anniversary of when John Lennon met Paul Mc Cartney. Tomorrow is Ringo's birthday, and also Nicholas's 20th. birthday. I was going to wait till tomorrow to blog this but I don't imagine the news will be any less boring tomorrow than it has been the past several days, and is likely to be for the next month or more. After three they "roll up the sidewalks" on weekend network sports, at least on the regular channels. Right now they still have auto racing on KABC. For those you who are into reading my older blogs, I wish you would because my predictive track record is actually a lot more accurate than my detractors would like to admit. But I'm here to let you know, when it comes to the metaphysical stuff "I'm not the Bible" and I often do various scenarios I play out, much as a team of police detectives might in endeavoring to solve a crime. We're going to hit a couple of points that struck my notice as worthy of comenting on again, and we're going to finish with another zinger topic. Actually it can be argued the "geshtaldt" method of learning can be useful where you go over and over the same topic untill the students finally "get it". Others may argue that if I had presented the information "right" the first time the students would have picked up on it the first time.

THE SWISS CHEESE UNIVERSE REEXAMINED

As you know I have often spoken of the universe as a miniature golf course with obstructions in it and certain areas are "out of bounds" and not to be considered as part of the playing field. Of course the whole "Swiss cheese" notion comes from the idea that there are multiple Black Holes contained within our Universe. One time my logic teacher and I got into a debate as to whether the donut hole was an "ontological entity" of its own or even if the donut HOLE had "ontological existance", I arguing that it didn't. In the Swiss Cheese analogy the holes don't count as part of the universe or part of the "playing field". Some of you may be wondering about black holes "Well, isn't a Black Hole eventually going to suck all the matter out of the rest of the Universe and get more and more powerful?" Under Newtonian physics one would expect this. It would be like a briech in the hull of an airplane. The air around the hold wouldn't be the only air to be sucked out but it would affect all the air in the plane, much as pulling the stopper of a sink eventually letting out all of the water. But the expects tell us this doesn't occur. Others may ask the question that if there is a "circle" around a black hole where objects are rushing in at the speed of light wouldn't that "circle" get smaller and smaller as all that new sub light material rushed in and the hole eventually disappear? Again: That wouldn't happen either. One question that shall remain unanswered is what sort of gravitational hold anything "outside" the Universe can have on anything that is a Part of the universe. It was last July where I raised the notion of a reverse "glass ceiling" where all the material around a black hole only got so close and no closser- and all the ether would become compacted and space would shrink to nothing and this would form a "floor" below which matter could not sink. So does ANY matter ever get past this "floor"? That's an open question. I don't see how. Think of compacted ether is space being compacted and the more spread out the ether is the more spread out "space" is. The thing is that the thing that got Einstein even thinking in terms of time and space expanding and shrinking is the experiments they were doing over a hundred years ago on the speed of light, and they reasoned "we cannot find the ether wind. Therefore space has to be expanding and shrinking or something" - - and Einstein took it from there. In prior posts I mention the idea of the hyperbolic tangent figure being a possible measuring device. I'll "take it on faith" that Einstein's math on this area is right and my Base E derivitive figure is all wrong.

CAN WITCH'S INCANTATIONS BE REAL?

As you know there are two kinds of people in the world. There are subjectivists and realists, or you could call the latter also "objectivist". In the subjectivist group you have people such as Joel Olsteen and Jesus Christ of KFI, as well as some egg head intellectual on KCET, and also people of the liberal psychotherapist stripe like Michal Benner. Someone like Timothy Leary would not be an absolute subjectivist because he would say drugs are a "short cut" to finding enlightenment. If any of these people were right I would spend a lot more time taking drugs to "get my chemistry right" and be into self hypnosis and positive affirmation and the whole ball of wax. On the internet there was something implying that different Minds dwell each one in his own private Universe and my Universe is different from yours. Someone would almost say that God can be defined by the way the human brain perceives reality! In all these cases I define fifth dimensional reality as perceived Reality of the Individual. What the witch does is a little bit different but related. Superstitious people or occultists believe there are "magical" acts, for lack of a better word. All of those people I listed from KFI Jesus to Joel Olsteen- - believes there is a mystical, meta-physical power in "Making a decision". These people believe that if you "Decide" something is either real or not real in your mind, then that makes it so. As such so the theory goes such "Acts" actually alter your Fifth dimensional reality, or your perceived Destiny.

HOW IT MAY ALL COME OUT

I was talking to someone on the phone a couple of days ago who repeated sentaments I've heard elsewhere that Obama is changing his politics now because pressures we know nothing about are being placed on him from the Right. Perhaps his life is even being threatened. Some have gone so far as to say that we will not have the election of November 2008. You have to admit they are having the conventions awfully late this year. Some have broached the notion that Jesus with his desciples secretly made reference to a Rapture of "believers". One question I have never dealt with is "You talk about all these planets people are from. Aren't there a whole lot more people in sheer numbers of just ordenary earth people with no extra-terriestrial connections at all? The Federation teaches there are no modern human forebearers who are originally native to this planet. On the other hand they point out "The Universe is a big place, and there are a lot of planets out there for people to be from". But just as Jesus claims that "his sheep" hear His voice- - could it be that certain ones are to be"called out" from this world at a set date? Of course they wouldn't have to magically disappear. Jesus's desciplesed him where this will be and Jesus said "Where the corpse is, the vultures will be gathered". And so certain people will just drop dead and this will occurr in mass at a given time and date. Of course I have a date for you. On Wednesday October first at - - - 4:55 PDT. On the 104th. day of summer or the start of summer, or around October first this fall perhaps around five o clock. Numerogically it would be the third day of the nineth month on the Chinese callendar or the 3rd. day of the Hebrew New Year. In terms of binary code it would consist of three ones and five zeros on a field of eight. How we came up with the 104 takes too long to explain. October goes from a ten to a one by some numerical mystery, so the binary date is really 1-01-08, or 01011000, because you have to cast the NINE out of October. Nobody will be happier than I when Election Day finally rolls around, if it does.

SIX SIX SIX - - - THE 'SAFE' NUMBER
& OTHER CLINCH ZINGERS

Is "666" a good omen? In semaphore code it is. As you know if you add the sixes together they equal eighteen, which translates to the letter, "R" which is done with both arms extended, which is the "safe" signal in baseball, as you know. By the way the Peace sign is taken from semaphore and are the letters N and D for nuclear disarmlement. This sign would appear the same when viewed from either the front or the back. Many thought I should have used the code 01101000 because that is binary 104. Well, that is October 2nd. I came up with this whole scenario last evening watching the Dodgers and Giants game. As you may know 10-02-08 is a "two number" and the announcer came on the air and said "It's two's all the way around. Duces are wild", when I was trying to justify a numerological "two". Our own post at the start of the summer was titled "This Ain't the Summer of Love" taken from the Agents of fortune album by BOC. Ponder the crescent moon on the back. Hole in the heavens. Now 01011000 is the number "88" and last night was exactly 88 days from the time of the fulfillment of the prediction, as I count it. If you are wondering why we are down on "Circles", well in Dante's writings the worst, inner circle of Hell, the nineth circle of hell, was considered the worst. The further Outward from the center you were the better off you are. There is a possible Biblical reference to the Dardanians escaping by boat possibly under the edict of King Rehoboam, for those able to unscramble the chronological encryption key. The Sea never has a good omen in scripture. It is seen as disappearing to bring Jewish deliverance. It is where Paul got shipwrecked and Jesus ran into a storm and only the Dardanians were helped by it. "666" is seen as coming out of the sea. In the New Age "there was no more sea". The sea stands for "The World", which the Federation views as good but the Church (often portrayed as a boat) sees as bad. If I'm not mistaken the letters for C A G and E form a cross or "X" if you will. Now, is the cross a cage? (Selah)

On Being "Self Evident"

Another word for "self evident" is "Obviously", for you people in Rio Linda. I think we could say the lack of veracity of Berock Obama as a candidate has been "self evident" as of late. For one thing we all know that when a President is sinking in the polls the first thing they think of doing is to get out of town and preferably out of the country for a while to distract the votors. But it's where Obama intends to go that tells the tale. He's going to Iraq, more because Mc Cain has been bugging him that he has to go there more than any reason of his own. But the question is what does he expect to find? Can we expect him to come back from Iraq and say "I was all wrong about Iraq and now I know we have to keep our troops there"? He's already hinted at this. There is another line of his I'd like to take apart and that's the one about "being as careful getting out as we were careless about going in". Suppose you resolved in your mind that you were going to one way or another go into the girl's locker room while they were undressing. You would rehearse every excuse in the book as to why you were there like "I guess I lost my sense of direction" or "I was taking a short cut" or whatever. Much as George Bush did in his mind before the war ever began and before 9 - 11. Once in the locker room and told to get out are you going to be "deliberate" about it, or are you getting out immediately? But the thing is we voted for Obama because he "had the judgement" back in 2002 to condemn the war. So his going to Iraq now is kind of a second guess of himself. The necessety of doing certain things- such as leaving Iraq, is obvious. And now we learn from Sixty Minutes that Christians worshipping in Iraq for over a thousand years, are now for the first time being driven out or exterminated, by the waring Islamic factions and that the US Army has a non intervention policy whenit comes to churches. I have heard time and again about the "good old days" when Saddam Hussein ruled the land. And for the first time I am actually coming out and saying that my initial support of the Iraq War was wrong and misguided. We were all truely lied to because our presence there has only made the cause of democracy, for said reason Bush went in, more imperiled than it ever war in Iraq. We further hear about Obama's defending of John Mc Cain. Now I'd like to say this about that. If it were me jumping up and defending John Mc Cain for the attacks against him on Face the Nation- - this would be understandable. I have my own emotional reasons for defending John Mc Cain's veracity and "qualification" to be President. But I don't think this is Obama's motive. Me thinks his motives were simply to rack up points with the right of center Republican voting block. I would further say that "Acting like a Christian" isn't BEING a Christian. I don't respect a candidate who engages in "Mee, too" itus. Harry Truman once said that given a choice between a Republican who "acts" like a Democrat, and an actual Democrat, the people will vote for the real Democrat every time. You may know that the church where I grew up had a congragation split into liberal and conservative factions. Guess which "faction" that the "Asshole of El Paso" emerged from? Not the conservative faction but the liberal one. It's because there were so many "posers" among this liberal group that despite the mass exidus from the church in general- - this ultimate "poser", Bill Halliday, was voted in as pastor. But now Obama is talking about "Faith based initiatives" playing the Bush "me, too" card once again.

Some have said that the rights from God we have are "self evident". But despite or perhaps because of what Rush Limbaugh thinks, there are no "guarendeed rights from God" in the Christian faith. A lot of things are self evident to smart people, such as these geometric proofs. It always baffled me why we had to prove things that were "self evident". This economy could be likened to a Tour de France trial run bike ride of 180 miles that should take six hours and to qualify for the big race you have to average over thirty mph over that 180 miles. Now, suppose the US economy is "in the race" and averages only fifteen miles per hour for the first half or ninety miles of the race. What are this candidate's chances for qualifying. Some would say "Well all they have to do is go 45 mph or tripple the speed for the rest of the race. For those of you who say this you're thinking like that mentally retarded guy Clinton had exicuted on the eve of his inoguration. Remember he asked for pizza as a last meal and he was eating the pizza and someone said "time to go" and the man said, "That's OK. I'll eat the other half of the pizza when I get back. That's like people who had some debate with an evangelist and as a final retort said, "Well, if what you say proves untrue, I'm coming back and give you a piece of my mind!". No you won't; you'll be dead and he knows that. Dead men tell no tales. As to the US economy the future of our economy is "already baked into the cake". In case you are wondering about that biker averaging 15 mph the first half of the race. Well, it's impossible for him to make up that time because the race is over and he's only half way there. So it is with the economy. The damage is done and it's only a matter of time to watch the chickens come home to roost. You can't do anything for this economy now because everyone is way too much in debt.

You know, Justin Martyr might be called the George Washington of Christianity. And hee too spoke of the resurrection of Christ and his atoning death being "Self Evident" meaning it was so obvious that to even argue the point with anybody was an insult to God. Of course you read the treaties anyhow and true to form not one material fact is ever brought in to justify the existance of the doctrine of the resurrection. The arguments made by sone objectors is that "Since the flesh is mortal and corruptable and depraved, to resurrect it would only condemn one to eternal sin". This argument is never refuted. But it's brought up that Justin believed that the human Soul was by its nature mortal, and not immortal. The word Resurrection referrs to things that are dead, after all. So absent the cross of Jesus, we all just die a natural death. And thoughts of going to Hell and spending eternity there can be put away, because we don't have an eternal soul. I bring up the fact Justin regards his argument as "stating the obvious", because no where in Justin's writings, is the notion of Jesus being the 2nd. person of the Holy Trinity ever raised. And today this (along with immortality of the soul) are considered cardinal doctrines of the Christian faith. But the thing wrong is the trinity would not be invented for at least another century and a half. Of course when Jesus in the Sermon on the Mount said that all poor people were going to heaven this should have been a hint. In the parable of the rich man and Lazarus, the only reason why Lazarus went to Paradise was because he was poor, and not because he did some act of religious hocus pocus that "got him into the Kingdom". You know that if you live around here that poor people are the most generous when it comes to giving a percentage of their resources to other people worse off than they are. You should also know that the Church is guilty of Idolitry and I can prove it. What if I told you there is something Churchmen value above their Cadalics and Mercedes Benz. After all if they lose one of these they can always buy another, if you're Fred Price. There is something they value to almost idolotry perportions. Their time. Try to get these people to share their Time, the most precious of God's gifts, and you will clearly see what it is they value most, while they expect you to place no value on yours.

Everyone is talking about this new cell phone law. But it's the mere act of talking on the phone while driving that is distracting and disruptive, occupying your mind. This law was merely passed by Blue tooth and other manufactures of wireless. It's a real racket they've got going. This law is kind of an insult to a lot of peoples' intelligence. Except for the absolute ban on teenagers using cell phones. I think that's a great idea, and I hope they really rack up the arrests there. We know how teenagers are and how distracted they get. They want to ban styrofoam containers and plastic bags now. I think this is kind of silly and over legeslating. You know styrofoam is a great way to keep food warm. Think about it.

One way in which I fundamentally think like a conservative is that I believe the words "We are endowed with life, liberty and the persuit of happiness" and "all men are created equal" to be sweeping declarations about all men. A liberal would say that this doesn't apply to all of the slaves out there. Again KFI"s Jesus would say that God is in a constant state of evolution and change. Just because human sacrifice used to be OK in Abraham's day doesn't mean it's OK in ours. A man was stoned for gathering sticks on the sabbath. Would today neighbors report a man who was clearing brush around his house in the keeping of fire laws as "breaking the sabbath" even though he was doing good? Jesus of KFI would say "The fact that he was doing good is immiterial to the argument. The man was sinning". In like manner it was OK for a man to sell his daughter into slavery. This was a "training period phase" with God according to Jesus of KFI. This is why I'm not a liberal. Because conservatives believe that values are constants. But liberals have this "dispensationalist" outlook on life, and on God. A liberal looks at Justin Martyr and may see a "George Washington" figure, but of course George Washington had slaves. A liberal may honor Jefferson but an objectivist, would say between Jefferson and Alexander Hammilton, Hammilton was more of a "working class" than was Jefferson, who was of the "landed gentrie". And yet Hammilton gets the rap for being a "right winger". It's the liberal who is constantly re-defining things and values, rather than the conservative. (Selah)

Being Pushed from the Playing Field

I'd like to continue along the lines of the previous posting. We are all fermiliar with the sports that involve fair verses foul territory. If you're in fowl territory you are "out of bounds" and all that and are penalized. There are certain playing board games such as "Conquest" or whatever that world domination game Marcus had last year, where you move the pieces along pre-set paths. It's not even to enter mind that you deviate from these prescribed spaces. This brings us to models of the Universe, usually done in those green grid lines. There are various proposed shapes of these Universes. For instance if you pick the donut shaped Universe as your model (no doubt Homer Simpson's favorite) you can not move the "playing pieces" into the center hold because IT isn't a part of the Universe. It isn't on the field of play. This truth is more literally illustrated on that Shirlock Holms Startrek episode where Captain Piccard demonstrates to Moriarity what happens when you attempt to throw an object, such as a book off the holograph grid. It just disappears, just like that Jet demonstration in the 9 - 11 video circulating now.

MEET YOUR "SUPER-SELF"

Now I'd like to get into a concept merely hinted at at our last posting. Often you see waves reflect off of the edges of a swimming pool but the principle will work even with swinging a rope of having the ripples reflect back. We proposed that we one and all on Planet Earth may be being "Pushed" from the "Playing Field", which is this universe. Some Force is proposed to be acting on us all that is unproved and not perceptable by our limited means but none the less is quite real in the grand scheme of things. Some may say that Einsteins theory of relativity will not allow for acceleration beyond the speed of light even though most every Scientist now will agree that Black Holes do indeed exist. What they do is provide an "outside force. Some might say they are "unduly influencing the game" just as Moriaritie's calling for "The Arch" in the computer simulation was in all fairness "cheating". So matter is being pulled faster than by all rights it is allowed to go. Last posting we "ran the numbers". The theory I'm proposing now is one, hence, that we have already "mathematically proven". Scientists want a math formula. I've got that. If our souls go out to the year 2061 and then time, space and mass doubles back on itself it doesn't take a genious to deduce that we will at that point begin to live our lives backwards. Our thought process and actions will just run in reverse and we will retrace every step we made during life. Just to review using the "Clark Kent dash principle" we know that for time to alter, mass has to alter to "adjust" to it or nothing makes sense. Hence any negative mass will measure positive, if it also isn't being measured in negative time. The implications of this is that we have a "super-self" living with us all the time. Now we don't know if Jeff Lynne's or Jimmy Pages "super-self" decided to get cute and write backward song lyrics. It could be that John Lennon was at his most creative when his super-self was most active. Since we don't know the mass of the soul- - it's probably zero and besides it doesn't matter anyhow. The question in your minds is "How do we or how did we experiance the consciousness of this Super-self?" Well, there are ways we can sense its presence. For one thing any time you have experianced a bad emotion BEFORE a bad event, or a good emotion BEFORE a good event, or any inter-play of these, you have interracted with your super-self. Your super-self may even be responsable for some of your most brilliant ideas you seemed to get our of nowhere. Your super-self knows the future but regards the past as disputable, much like being influenced by a Joel Olsteen sermon. The past to your Super-self is irrelivent. Only the future is important. This super-self can never be wrong because he isn't GUESSING at the future, he's actually LIVED it.

It then comes into question what happens to objects that are "pushed from the playing field". Logic would dictate that despite Einstein's oppinion on the subject, the foreward vector of motion twords the center of a black hole would indicate that somewhere, somehow, that mass is STILL in the black hole. But this Black Hole is like a sub-routine in the Pascal computer language. It has its own set of variable names and equations. We don't know what consciousness THERE, that is, INSIDE the black hole is like, so we're kind of back to square one in that department. Perhaps if you take Einstein very literally- - nothing indeed survives being "pushed from the field", just like the Holideck of the StarShip enterprize. You can't cheat like Moriarity did and somehow game the system to fool everyone else that you've escaped intact. What we can deduce that your mass logically should be added to that of the Black Hole like every other asteroid and planet and star that falls into it, making the Black Hole grow that much more.

IN THE NAME OF THE FATHER, SON, & THE HOLY SPIGOT

Hey, I was just watching that movie today, give me a break. I would like to talk a little about Greek translations of the Bible and "having a point" and then looking around to cherry pick evidentiary examples to prove it. First of all there is the whole idea of what is your Soul doing when it isn't occupying a body? We don't know but I would presume that it is sleeping. We know from Bhudist teaching that an attribute of knowing the Bhudda is that one is "Awake". We in the past have alerted you that the Greek word for resurrection means "Awake". One might suppose "Awake" as opposed to being "Asleep". This needn't be a physical thing but merely a sorm of psychic awareness. Even Scientology speaks about this. If you are Awake you are truely enlightened, and visa versa. So when Paul and John (not the Beatles) speak of the resurrection, they aren't saying you necessarly have to die and come back to life in order to achieve this state of Awake-ness. You merely have to "find yourself" or encounter with God, or whatever. For the Bible teaches you can experiance the Power of the resurrection RIGHT NOW. It is written "He who believes my words has already passed from death to life".

There are other sentenses that come out comical is taken literally. We know that the word for Spirit means "wind" as per example the "mighty rushing wind" in Acts two, when the Holy Spirit first came. You've seen those movies where a wind blows through a window and somebody responds, "Honey, is that you?" Ghosts and wind are often associated together. Then there is the line, "What's that in the road, a head?" Jesus told the repentant thief on the Cross, "I tell you this today: You will be with me in paradise". In other words "I'm letting you know about your destiny right now, while you are still alive". If you translate it "Today you will be with me in Paradise" you run into some knotty theological problems. Another case is the one about the healing of the blind man in John ch. nine. Jesus answers the authorities "This man's sin originated neither from himself, nor from his parents". This answered their question. But then Jesus goes on to say "But that the glory of God be revealed, I must work and my father works" and after Jesus said this he healed the man. Some would argue that infirmity gives Glory to God, but I strenuously disagree. It all depends on the punctuation of sentenses. There are others such as Mary, a virgin giving birth to a son. Some say that Greek is an annointed translated and even through the original Hebrew word means "Young woman" that the Greek means "Virgin" and we have to go with that. A couple of weeks ago I saw the Jerusalem Bible on my parent's bookshelf and was surprised to find that my own copy of the book was still in a box with my things. This is for people who like their Bible translated out of the original French. They are running adds now for the Geneva Bible, "which is the Bible the pilgrims took with them in 1620. I have a copy of the I Ching that was translated out of the German version. Sometimes if you translate things enough "things" can emerge you never saw before, kind of like the reading of tea leaves. There is a line "All scripture is inspired by God". Other people translate this passage "Every scripture (which is) inspired by God is profitable- - - " ect. ect. I have to go with translation A, knowing a little Greek myself and their grammar. Some people like to pull doctrine from things not in the original text. How often have you heard "Avoid even the appearance of Evil". What the original says is "Abstain from every form of evil". Not the same thing. Of course some people see prophetic things in the most obscure of texts. Some people even say "every prophecy has a near and a far application". This is a cleaver of getting extra milage of scripture which has already been fulfilled. Well, I hope this blog has been helpful.

Next time we will be meeting in the blog "Marcus in Exile". I'll see you there.

Isac Newton and "The End" AD 2061

Could it be that Sylvia Browne is actually right about something. She says that the Universe as we know it won't last all that much longer. Of course people have been saying this since the days of Zoroastrianism 2500 years ago, so what's new? There are ways in the abstract that scientists have come up with that "Everything as we know it" could be gone, but the odds of any one of them occuring is slim, to say the least. However Sir Isac Newton in one of his gravity equations came up with the figure of 2060, which the Federation says is 2061 where physics and such as we know it will be permanently altered and life on earth will never be the same, if we're even here at all. I would like to take you back to a few simple examples. Keep in mine when someone of either very low IQ or very high IQ says there's going to "keep things simple" you know you're headed for trouble. I don't know about you but I find the "For Dummies" books very taxing reading, in most cases. There is an old skit where Ronald Reagan was explaining to David Brinkley about the economy and he was saying "Suppose your mom baked a big blueberry pie" and then he goes on to talk about half of the pie being for domestic spending and the other half is for Defence spending, and the other half is for the retirement of the national debt" and Brinkley says "Hold it right there. Your pie has three halves and a pie only has two halves". Then Reagan goes into a more complex explanation about pieces of apples being cut up and put in multiple glasses and by the end of the thing everyone is confused. Bearing this thought in mind- - I say there are says to simplify scientific explanations. If you've read "Space.com" you know they have these "mysteries of the universe" they discuss, and if there is one thing you can deduce from all of their articles is nobody knows what the hell they're talking about! Christians love to talk about the "bubble gum" analogy of the Universe where the bubble gets blown up bigger and bigger and then bursts and that's the end of everything. Another analogy Christians love to use is the one about "entropy' where all of creation is gradually losing energy and everything is winding down and spreading out and losing its shape and getting colder and colder, where eventually you'll have this Finite amount of matter spread out over an infinite amount of space in some kind of a formless cold mass. Personally I say you can chuck both of these theories in the trash can. Now in Space.com they have "discovered" that the Big Bang theory (that I have been criticizing) may not be the answer to anything and "perhaps time is infinite after all). They also talk about this mysterious "dark force" that pervaids the Universe, which I maintain is "ether". In another segment they speak of galaxies at the "edge" of the Universe being "frozen in time". In reality they are not "frozen" but if their theory is correct to begin with, these galaxies are just "moving through time very quickly" so appear "frozen" to us. But if you accept my "ether" theory these galaxies needn't be "frozen" or even time-altered in any matter.

I would now like to take some contradictions I myself have introduced to my audience which you readers may be curious about. As you know we have presented two conflicting ideas about what Black Holes are like. In one view we speak of the "Dangerous Event Horizon" where as you travel tword a black hole you are able to "see" more and more into distant galaxies you were never able to see before. I likened this to looking back into Church history and seeing further and further back into history, but at some point you pass the "point of no return", or would Kansas has it "Point of Know Return"? You've heard the line, "We could tell you everything you've been trying to find out, but then we'd have to kill you". Either this or a man "discovers the secret to the Universe" but in the process is driven insane, and so is no good to anybody. In either case these people have "slipped beyond the event horizon" of people here on earth as they are sucked headlong into a Black Hole. They go so far into a black hole it's impossible for them to get back. This is one theory. The other theory and the one I'd like to center on now, is the theory we came up a few months ago. Picture a black circle and around this is a bunch of bright lines you can make any color you wish- -and the lines are real intense and close around the black hole kind of like the carona of the sun during a total eclipse. But as you move away from the "surface" the lines thin out. We said that as you accelerate tword a Black hole that space stretches out in your own perception, as you in reality shrink. So there appears to be more space than you thought. (I'm just listening to the drum solo by Santana right now) Anyhow, what this "space" theory does is lay to rest this idea put forth by Rush in the song "Cygnus X 1" in which your feet and head are pulled apart as you plunge tword a black hole. It would never happen that way because you're be shrunk as flat as a pancake before this ever happened.

Now we come to the point of this blog posting. This is the whole idea that since space is shrunk in the direction of a black hole, you can't be certain just how much "space" there is between you and the Black Hole. In science there is a state called gravitational stasis, or you might say "zero gravity". For instance if you're in a jet plane doing an Excel or Lotus style missile trajectory path following acceleration and trajectory peramaters properly in a parabolic path, and you are on the inside of the plane, you will experiance zero gravity. In like manner, if you're in a space capsule orbiting earth you experiance zero gravity. But in neither case are you actually FREE of any gravitational force. What you are free of is the APPEARANCE of gravity. This is an important concept to remember, because things are not always as they seem. Some may ask "Where is the nearest black hole to us?" and "Is it the one they say is in the center of the milky way?" Well, we can't be sure. You see if space is "shrunk" in the direction of a black hole, then a Black Hole may be a lot CLOSER than we think. (time for a "Beechwood Park" break) Do you remember the model of progressive falling into black holes we brought up a few months ago? There was one minor error in my thinking some of you druggies with a few brain cells that still work may have figured out already. That is the questions "If the edge of the black hole are shrinking all around at the speed of light how can more and more and stuff be falling INTO a Black Hole and have it be getting Smaller?" The thing we forgot to take into account is that the inner WALL of the outside of the black hole (if you can follow that) is constantly moving OUTWARD. This is to say that is Encroaching upon normal space! What this means is that space in our universe is constantly being Consumed by space in the black hole. Harken back to the idea of the water in a lake or pond. You've heard of "The sound barrier". Once you break the sound barrier by exceeding the speed of sound there is a sonic boom and then "everything gets back to normal". I would like to suggest that there is a "light barrier" posed by the limitation of speed that you may travel in the ether of space. In other wards the "ripples of water" at the front of the speed boat now occupy negative space. Not only this but all of creation now occupies negative space and has negative mass, and by the way experiances forward time as going backwards. I'm flashing to the conclusion of Beatles Anthology where you have the final note of "A Day in the Life" played backwards, then foreward, and I'd like to suggest that a crossing of the "light barrier" is one thing being represented. So it could be that 2061 is the final year in time, at least for us. We don't know. We have no idea what it would be like to occupy negative space, have negative mass and go through negative time. But at the same time we don't know if it's really negative mass as measured from a distance or not. It's kind of like optics and sometimes if an image is beyond infinity then it shows up as a different kind (or form) of image over on the "Other Side". So the matter is "still there" with positive mass- - but only if measured in the old system. But as we see things everything is reversed from before. We don't know how "The soul" if there is one, will react to this sort of thing. What we do know is that this "change" in matter will occur rappidly - almost all at once and without warning to prepare for the event in any manner.

I have two topics left and am only going to discuss one of them. Eronious Greek translation of the New Testament or possible Vice Presidential candidates? OK. Vice Presidential candidates it is. For Obama my 2nd. choice is Jim Webb of Virginia. My first choice is Joe Byden. Joe Byden brings intellectual "gravitos" to the office, with his vast foreign policy credibility, and also a good track record on women's issues, and he is also a little to the right of Obama and is from a different part of the country. In terms of Mc Cain to my way of thinking his choice is obvious, particularly if it's Obama. And that is Condelisa Rice. She has the intellectual credibility that Mc Cain lacks and she's younger, blacker, and from a different gender. And she is also an accomplished pianest. Either VP candidate has to be prepared to end political life as they have known it and be someone elses' lackey. But these are my recomendations.

Another Day in the Life

They held the twentieth and perhaps final debate last night starting at six o clock. To my way of thinking it was important to show that he had "grown" throughout this campaign process. I thought both candidates handeled themselves well. It was a spirited debate. I think Obama won it simply because he was Mr. Joe Cucumber under all fire. Hillary used the Romney argument talking about uninsured people under Obama’s plan. He countered that he’s talked to people who would rather pay the fine for being uninsured rather than the exorbanent cost of medical care. Obama’s biggest score of the night was with NAFTA. He had the moderators on his side for this one pointing out the countless times over the years that Hillary has supported NAFTA. The endorsement of Luis Faracon came up and Obama first said he rejected it and Hillary used the word “denounced” and Obama came back and said “OK, I’ll concede the point; I denounce his support”. The crowd loved it. Hillary was the more convincingly pro Israel policy of the two. It seems Obama was cut off by the moderators when he was defending himself against a Hillary charge of voting against a credit card interest limit bill. The debate was held in Cleveland and the weather outside was terrible.

This morning when I got up I felt like singing “Good Morning USA, I have a feeling that it’s going to be a wonderful day”. For the first time in quite some time I didn’t need a jacket when I went out on the patio this morning. Coincidentally I am wearing my white American flag shirt. For breakfast we had cream of wheat that wasn’t excessively thin, and fried eggs. I went out after a while to the bakery for a large coffee.

Now Obama and John Mc Cain are in a shouting match over whether Al Qaida is in Iraq, or something. Mc Cain was trying to accuse Obama of ignorance. Of course it's flattering for Mc Cain to know whom he's going to be campaigning against in the fall.

Last night I watched American Idol. That “Rolling Stone” was the best song that far of the evening and Simon was absolutely right about that. How all three greviously missed the boat on the last song, which was the best song of the night with that guy singing “Without Love” absolutely flawlessly. He was perfect. I guess these people must have a tin ear or something. Once again I had a sore throat and coughing last night. I don’t cough during the day. Oscar informed me that this morning’s was the last of five days of anti-biotics. Oscar gave me two pieces of mail. One was from Time-Warner. Someone must have put me on their mailing list since I never used to get mailings from them before. The other was an “urgent” pink envelope from the phone company, which only informed me that my “Life Line” form had gone through with no problems.

This time of year in 1968 forty years ago the first primary had not yet occurred. This year after Tuesday there will be “the long wait” till late summer. Having the conventions so late makes absolutely no sense, particularly this year. In history books they’ve even made reference to party conventions being held in June, and this year that wouldn’t be at all a bad idea. People are going to just snooze and forget about the campaign till “After the World Series” as they point out on “Making of the President 1960”. That year both party conventions were in July. The Democrats were in Los Angeles (after I was no longer living there) and the Republicans were in Chicago. One thing that puzzles me about election night that year is I remember my Dad was gloating in the fact that Kennedy was pulling away from Nixon, JFK winning state after state. Then the guy announced on the TV that it had just turned midnight. "I guess I better be heading to bed, I've got school tomorrow" I thought. But all of the pundits say that during the night the race tightened, and I guess I'm puzzled as to how late it DID tighten?

Today’s religious thought consists of this: We know O Master that perfection can not come of sin, nor can corruption breed flawlessness. Therefore how can God or Jesus say of an illigatimate bastard birth that that baby’s life was pre-ordained of God and that good things for that life are predestined. The logical deduction is that his parents did not sin in producing him. For example- - if you have a crick in your arm and are throwing darts with a friend and despite your pain, you throw a dart dead center in the target, you can be said to have thrown a sinless shot. But the perfect results could logically not have come from anything other than a sinless throw. (Selah) If everything we do is preordained from the foundation of the Universe, how can it be said to be sin? In God’s mind it already “exists” and it’s only in our perception that the passage of time occurs.

Finally, William Buckley died today, founder of “Firing Line” and I think he personally commissioned J S Bach to write the theme song. Unlike everybody else I’m not going to make with a history of his life. You can find that elsewhere. I’d just like to say that the first time I heard of him Dad was playing a reel to reel tape of Buckley debating some Black guy like James Baldwin or something. I naturally assumed that both of the speakers on the tape were Black. Buckley is known for his hoity-toity intellectual brand of conservatism. In the circles I ran around with in the “seventies, Buckley would automatically be considered a communist because he was from New York. Besides this he was just too liberal and too “Jewish”. Buckley was for the leagelization of marijuana and some other “liberal” causes as I recall, and has notably been absent the past seven years as to people lining up to defend George Bush.

I had Rush Limbaugh on this morning for the full three hours, and then I switched to Sam Cedar at noon and at two. I had the soap opera on at one. Kimberly is back, but with a different actress, a flaming red-head. Of the people not at the funeral, these consisted of Alice Horton, the couple’s “best friend”, and “Uncle Eric” whom Eric was named after and who molested Kimberly as a little girl. “Uncle Eric” was notably absent from the recent Ireland flashbacks. Eric the younger was absent. Lucas went to prison without passing Go. They did not cover one court appearance of Lucas. Even if he were found guilty he’d be allowed three weeks or something to “get his affairs in order” before official sentencing. Also not there were Carrie and Austin, and of course Will, who is staying with them in Switzerland. Then there is Frankie, the “other” adopted son. Is Gennifer shacked up with Frankie now or is she back with Jack? I forget.

Thom Hartmann the other day was again talking about the “religious gene” others have mentioned. They say the gene may have helped mankind cultivate a sense of unity when mankind was just starting out. Those who had this gene prospered and survived more than those who lacked it, so eventually everyone got the gene. Christians say you are born with a “God-shaped hole” in your soul. The trouble is you could make the same argument about the size of a man’s penis. I guess my advice is to “get over it”. I’ve had dreams where I craved a drink of alcohol. When I woke up the craving was gone. More important than having a perceived “need” (which, by the way isn’t being met by the churches anyhow) but whether in fact there actually is a God who could meet the need.
