I was musing on all the talk with Wally talking about statistical standard deviation formulas "That I did myself" that really with computers, the formula is the easy part.  Just feed in a good formula and out pops the answer, without having to think that much about methodology of execution but merely "formating the thing so the computer can understand it".  People think if they know a formula they know everything.  I used to think I knew what the formula C = M C square was.  It turns out I was wrong.  I thought it means "Oh if matter gets accelerated to the speed of light- then all of that matter turns into pure Energy".  Wrong.  Actually the ratio between Energy and Matter is identical whether the matter is going zero miles per second- or 150,000 miles per second.  The ratios are not just "similar" but Identical.  That's an eye opener, huh?  Only the ammounts of BOTH are increased- but in the Same ratio.  But I got to thinking in much simpler terms- - of a standard physics newtonian variety.  Assuming that C simply means "speed" then we can say that Speed squared times Mass equals - - wait for it - - Weight.  Actually I have isolated six kinds of "weight" which is a "force" as opposed to Mass - which is an entity unto itself.   For instance if a car is going ninety miles per hour and crashes into a brick wall- - of six inches thick- - it will do a whole more lot damage than if the same car ran into a concrete wall of say- thirty inches in thickness.  Why?  Because the weight of "push back" is greater, to counteract the impact.  This is weight as a singular moment in time.  We then come to Impact- or the second kind of Weight.  For instance- - if you crash into a ten foot wide brick wall at high speed in a car you will demolish it.  But if you crash into a wall a hundred yards wide- - MOST of the wall will not be damaged.  Suppose there were a way to spread out all of that impact distributed over the entire 300 foot wall.  There would be much less damage.  So then Impact- - is Weight- - in a moment of time BUT it is allocated over a squared surface measurement.  Thus it is weight per square foot or something.  If a woman with spiked heels stands on a bathroom scale she will weigh no more than a woman in flats of the same physique- - because the weight from the spiked heels is distributed over the entire surface area of the bathroom scale.  Hence the impacts are identical.  In a dramatic illustration of weight equaling mass times speed times speed, certainly when you were a little kid you would jump up and down on the scale to see how far you could get the scale to register.  A car crashing into an object at sixty miles per hour- - by this theory should do not double, but four times the ammount of damage to a wall as a car that crashed at thirty, or half the speed, because the speed is squared.  Impact is isolated speed (pounds) in a moment- - allocated over square feet of surface.  We have other measurements for you.  There is Torque.  This is weight that is applied on a continual basis.  Pressure is weight allocated over a squared surface- - if a continuing time.  So that Pressure is Torque- - allocated over squared inches rather than just as a single line vector or Torque.  That's clear, isn't it.  To turn a screw you need torque.  There is another unit of measurement, the foot pound.  This is a unit of weight basically measured out in a Fixed Interval of Time, as near as I can figure.  For instance- - if you are doing a clean and jerk for weight lifting 200 pounds- - you expend a lot less energy or "work" at it than one doing a slow continuous "press" motion.  So the one who "presses" rather than "jerks" this weight- - us doing a lot more Work, or foot pounds.  Other terms for foot pound would be horsepower- - - or in terms of energy required to do the work - - kilawatt hour.  Watts per say is a rate but not a fixed amount of energy usage.  Ferads are fixed differences in capacitence of electric charges.  I believe "Collumbs" is the term for said "differences in capacitance"  over a Fixed Interval in Time.   But the term for continuous difference in Potential- - this would be Volts.  Amps and ohms are inverse to one another- - each using its own "calibration" or measurement system.  If you double the Voltage - - power that gets used or Watts- -goes up four times or in a perverse way  a represe of our "speed squared" formula - - since the resistance strays unchanged.  Half the resistence to force level ratio will double the impact because you "double" a double.  Capish?  Volts are continuous power NOT used but WATTS are continuous power that GETS used.  We told you that a foot pound was a unit of work.  However foot pounds allocated over a surface area would be "temporary pressure".  For instance maybe you could endure a couple hundred pounds of pressure on your body for a few seconds- - but not continuously.  So these are the six permutations of the subject of "weight", which is a Force.  Just remember that weight is a Force.  Mass is an entity unto itself.

Untill I got a gander at what Quantom Physics really was and is- - I was dealing in what seemed like Mickey Mouse land.  So let's do a few eye openers for you.  Each "solid" nuclear particle only contains three percent "solid" material- - and these are called Quarks- - which are believe it or not the basic building blocks of nuclear particles.  The rest of the weight of the mulicule, or your own body therefore is not the "solid mass" of the Quarks - -but the "binding energy force", which is also known as the Strong Force, one of the four basic forces as physicists determine it.  It is thus much more evident than before what triggers a Fission Nuclear reaction and this is the 'breaking of these bonds of bound energy".  So ten pounds of plutonium can produce a twenty megaton bomb, or what have you.  That's a lot of bang for your buck, or in this case fissionable material.  But we are also informed in those "Fourteen Undeniable Facts' in Astronomy Cafe- - that other forces of energy are "out there " and not accounted for.  We know interestingly - - that "Energy has no charge", which could make a good anti pertroleum industry pun.  When an electron and a positron collide- the result is "energy without a charge" which could turn into photons or some other form.  I could remind you (though it wasn't in the material I read yesterday) of the Heisenberg Uncertainty principle- - which says that either Time or Location may be isolated- but not both at the same time.  People have said that "time and space" behave differently on the sub atomic level.  I could take this assertion with a grain of salt because from what I read, Quarks obey the law of physics as faithfully as any other entity.  I don't know what "Dark Energy" is.  Much of the material of this and the following paragraphs - Dates from only the 1960s.  It was material that was just being "discovered" when I was in school.   I'll come clean and say that after I did the research covered by the paragraph below- - I felt unfulfilled because none of that stuff was the least bit "Mysterious" or metaphysical or "not of this world".  However when it comes to aspect of advanced Quantom physics- - we run into the stranger stuff.  I have told you about "event horizons".  A chief charactoristic of these- - which I maintain are often hyperbolic in shape, is that- - Things appear to Exist and then Not Exist, and then Exist again.  Things in the darkness of empty (?) space blip on and off like snow on a TV set of old.  I have a theory behind all of this "alternately appearing or Existing and then Not - existing.  I call it the effects of Faster than Light travel.  To me that would explain it.  It is not "emperically there" such as measurable through the medium of what I still refer to as "Ether".  Nowhere in my research last night did I come accross the God particle.  Astronomy Cafe maintains that "Without Time there would be no space and there would be no Mass".  I label this assasment is one suffering from Ontological confusion.  After all would the sun fail to come up if one day you killed the rooster?  We have spoken often of the "necessary illusion" or "what deductively would follow from other things" once you introduce a varient on certain equations.  For instance we know that- - Mass must necessarily be bigger with - - more quickly transversing time.  When I say "Passing through Time more quickly" I mean- - things taking LONGER TIME to happen.  Here is Time increases- - all else being equal- MASS must increase, too.  The idea of gravity as it were "compressing space" has been handled by me previously in my "moving vector point Doppler wave illusion" illustration.  Since gravity can be and IS accounted for (explained) by acceleration of Movement - - gravity being acceleration and acceleration being gravity- - therefore whatever phenomena are observed by acceleration- - also occur with gravity.  There is a You Tube of this guy with a blackboard and some simple equations written- - and this is a two minute snipped of a much longer speech-  - that you get referred to in your search for "particles in empty space".  Try that.

I decided I would undertake a study of sub atomic particles so at noon I did just that and watched a You Tube video- - - twice, on the subject, and it was enlightening.  Then I looked at other Wickipedia articles.  First of all sub atomic particles divide into Quarks and Leptons.  Quarks have mass and leptons do not.  There are basically three types of Leptons but only electrons are stable.  They say that positrons are also stable but I’ve heard otherwise from several sources.  There are two more categories each with its opposite charge type.  Besides this there are also things called Nutrinos- - which like photons have no mass and no charge, and the difference eludes me- except that they said “must neutrinos come from the sun”, which is at odds with what I’ve heard about most coming from outer space, as cosmic rays.  They do go through matter, which photons don’t.  There are three types of neutrinos and three anti neutrinos- - and the funny thing is that all three types of anti neutrinos are stable but only one type of regular type of neutrino is stable.  As to quarks they are in one third and two third mass varieties.  The positive or UP quark are a positive two thirds charge, and the DOWN quarks are a negative one third charge, and both are one third atomic mass.  Protons are made up of two UP quarks and one DOWN quark, and neutrons are made up of one UP quark and two DOWN quarks.  But quarks in addition to having electrical charges also posses “spin” and also a “color charge” and tend to occur in groups of three.  I believe three quarks is a Hadron- - and a positive and a negative quark is a Meson.  I had always heard mesons were highly unstable and transitory.  But clearly in all of this, quarks are not “quirky” and fully obey the laws of physics.  But nowhere in all of these particles or others un described here such as pions and berryons - - none of them seem to be in any way connected with “out of this world” or “not of this universe” quality.  But I’m glad I have managed to educate myself at least a little on this subject, so I know at least something.

We have a lot of random stuff in the news.  The US Senate finally passed a federal budget yeterday for the first time in four years. It of course has a lot of progressive provisions our side likes.  Those in the House passed a conservative budget nobody likes.  The President might have filled out his basketball "brackets" in time, but Obama won't have his own budget out till mid April.  Of course you know by now that the odds of winning Power Ball of ANY of these lottery things are MUCH Greater than successfully filling out every NCAA bracket correctly.  The odds of doing the latter are but in fifty quintillion, and there really is such a number.  Sea Lions off the shore here in California are beaching themselves in record numbers and over 700 have been rescued this winter being grossly under-weight and nursed back to health.  They say that people who were active as children have denser bones in their old age, which probably explains why women have more problems with osteo-perosis than do men.  If you suffer from this condition, never use a Calcium blocker as blood pressure medication.  A well respect Cleric was gunnned down in Syria, who was an ally of Assad and without this cleric's support Assad himself is put in increased jeopardy.  Passover is this Monday night, Melissa Lee reminds us.  Of course this is the earliest Passover can come.  Unlike Easter- - if the full moon rolls around within the first five days of spring, the Jews and some Eastern Orthodox will skip celebrations till the next month, as they did, for instance in 1967.  Of course you know that as a general rule when the Chinese Newyear comes early, Easter comes late and when Easter comes early, it means that Chinese Newyears came late.  They of course use the DES RHO scrambling system, which is one of our favorite letter scrambling systems we use- and you can recognize the code if you see it.  Melinda Lee advises you to use whole milk in your cake recipes because skim milk is "Just like baking like water with a little bit of protien power in it".  Besides the ammount of milk in any given slice of cake is infinetessible.  Melinda Lee says to cook your brown rice three times as long as white rice.  My rice theory and practice varies from her.  First of all I use twenty minutes for white rice and I use a two cups to one water ratio, where Melinda Lee uses a half cup less of water.  For brown rice I've found 'You need to cook it a little longer and add a little more water" but you don't need to cook brown rice any 45 minutes.  Dr. Levy says that if you and your wife have different electronic sensor ID trhingies to automatically open your car door- - that the car will know it's you and adjust the front driver's seat accordingly, and will have your own CD song picks on file as well as your own personal "black book" of girls you call that you don't want your wife to know about.  Of course you can speak to the GPS and the GPS will answer back.  Bill Gunderson suggested that it will be a break through when all you need to do is alert your car in the parking lot to come and pick you up in front of the store so you don't have to carry your packages to your car.  Of course Bill has an automatic honk the horn and find your car device.  Dr. Levy says he took Statistics but "hired someone else to do the work for him, but everybody does that.  Wally does his own statistics and Wally was a bookkeeper for twelve years, so he's in my frame of reference.  The importance with Statistics is to ask the right questions and know which specific question is being answered by the numeric results.

A dentist once told me that I have dense bones.  I think he or she gleaned this fact from looking at my X Rays.  Of course I did all the usual kid things such as running and hiking and climbing and playing tackle football.  I was also into gymnastics, which I was into as far back as the second half of the second grade.  I also learned to type in second grade.  I was in a special school for two and a half years and leaped out way ahead in areas like math and astronomy.  Of course I learned to play the piano the first summer after we moved out of LA when I was seven and developed good digital strength, which has nothing to do with my computer skills.  However I only scored a little above average in one of these "auto shop" tests that CETA did where you screw on bolts on nuts of varying sizes, - - - on a day where I pretty much screwed up the rest of the test.  I was flawless in sorting huge numbers in the right order but screwed up in the alphabetical part of the thing because back in those days I wasn't fermiliar with the "computer way of sorting" and used a different system I thought was the correct one.  Part of this test was reflexes- like air traffic controler school- - and I flubbed up badly on that- - and the "secretarial skills' following directions test - - I also screwed up badly.  This test was done at CETA in March of 1979.  Jumping back in time- - we moved around Halloween when I was six and a half.  Of course we moved to an area where it was a whole lot windier and greater extremes of heat and cold that took getting used to.  Going barefoot on the weekends was now out of the question.  I took an IQ test at the new school I didn't know the results of for a while. I was at this school that fall till the Christmas break and two days after that, and then I began going to the new school.  Strangely we began going to church that Sunday January 5th 1958 we went to for just over three years till early 1961 but them my parents had some dispute with the pastor they kept to themselves having something to do with a personal counseling session they were at.  The pastor was Irish and was roomered by the kids in Sunday school to "be one who hates kids".  I never met him personally the entire time I was there.  Actually I liked this church because it was in a more expensive neighborhood than we lived in and the terrain was something other than flat.  What stuck me was how "flat" everything was and how abnormally straight and regular the streets were.  We used to play in the street like football and kick ball and baseball and "500" and usually this guy who lived two doors down named Brian, who was also Irish- - was the "rule maker" except when we played with the big kids, then one of them made the rules.  There was also an Irish guy accross the street who all the kids in the neighbor hated, including me.  His last name shows up in the script of "Lost Weekend' for those inclined to search that, and it doesn't even have to be St Patrick's Day.  (even Jews tell anti semetic jokes among themselves.  At least I'm not groundskeeper Willy, who is part of a Scottish sect that doesn't recognize Easter)  In this new school I started at the beginning of 1958 I went to school by bus and the bus driver was Miss Miller, and she was a super cucumber- - unflappable.  Fist fights would break out among the older Juvenile kids on the bus and she seldom even turned around.  I picked up a lot of swear words from that croud.  There was one early report card that used to be in my baby book (when I had that) where the teacher said I was doing third grade math.  At any rate at one point I got to be two years ahead in math for my grade, but then in fifth grade when I went back to my old school - - - I got stupid again.  OK I was bored. An amazing number of students I hadn't seen in years still remembered me, and there were roomers I had been attending Catholic school, which wasn't the case.  This is the "Hamburg fall" for you Beatles Fans out there.  And we all know that John Lennon's guitar playing was the consistent glue that held the band together when someone ELSE screwed up.  He used to be called "Johnny Rhythm".

Cops Not Charged In Manuel Diaz Shooting

Today the Orange County DA rendered his decision not to charge the police who seemingly gunned down Manuel Diaz last July 21st seemingly in near execution style.  Oh they issued the twenty page report and I thumbed through it - and it's basically a bunch of garbage.  The testimonies have all been "sculpted" to try and sound harmonius but we know the facts.  Manuel Diaz's shooting was justified on the grounds that there were pictures of himself on a cell phone posing with guns and doing a gang symbol.  This is of course 'incompetent, irrelivent, and immiterial" as Hamilton Burger was so fond of saying.  If this were a court trial I would order all references to the cell phone content striken from the record, and if the DA deemed to bring it up in his closing arguments, I would cite him for contempt of court.  The truth of the matter is that Dias was not suspected of comitting any crime.  He was not a "fleeing suspect" he was just fleeing.  It seems now as details emerge that he was "cornered" and could no longer continue to retreat.  The cop who shot him kept making reference to his having a gun- - in his testimony - - even AFTER he had stated that he clearly did not have one he continued to speak as though one existed. He said "I knew from experiance once a suspect gets cornered like this now he's going to turn and use his gun.  I knew he was going to use his gun because he kept looking back to see us chasing him.  He was probably sizing up our position so he'd know where to shoot.  And it only would take a fraction of a second to spin around and shoot us".  What happened was that Diaz was shot "in the bottox", which means from behind- - and THEN he started to turn around- no doubt to gaze upon the person who shot him.  According to other testamony he went down and then was shot execution style in the head.  Clearly this was not simply a case of "getting two shots off firing at body mass" the way cops are taught.  The second shot was clearly an independant deliberate action.  Other questions emerge.  It is said "Well perhaps he was attempting some crime against the people in the car".  If this is so and the suspect is running away, why not get a statement from the people in the car to acertain what the suspect said to them.  And then we have the phrase of "He kept furtively reaching for his waist".  He was wearing baggy pants.  Perhaps he was pulling up his pants so he could run.  The cop testomonies were clearly altered because the cops are always referred to in the third person and never as "I".

They say that the Universe is a Billion years older than we thought.  So instead of twelve Billion years, it's 13.4 Billion or something.  I wonder how they determine these things.  There is no law that says that our entire Universe couldn't exist entirely within the Black Hole of a greater Universe, with which we are destined never to know of or have contact with, or they with us.  I would like to speak of this idea of "You may Continue", which is a Star Trek term meaning you won't be sumarily exicuted.  This term here applies to whether a time-dimentional continuoum has the prerequisits to "Continue On" ore does it "break down" at some point?  Like appliances- - most of these "Break-downs" no doubt occur within the first few weeks or months or what have you.  One might speak of it as Dimensional collapse".  Keep in Mind that it is classic "Bones" doctrine that "Anything that CAN happen, HAS happened in SOME Universe- - or Time continuous.  So this Christian notion of "overcoming the odds' is a mute point because there are as many "Odds" as you need to achieve whatever Universe or Time Continuous is evolutionary fit to survive.  (Selah)

Of course I have a bias on this one having gotten confirmation on the view presented here from Mal Evans from "The Other Side".  And Manuel Diaz related his testimony personally to Mal.  In a previous life, Diaz was a famous guitarist from Chicago of the Jewish perswasion, at least nomally, and in frequent contact with Terry Kath.  Mal Evans told me "We don't have Federation people in that area.  We have a few on the south side of town, (just east of Disneyland) Federation opperatives from Sirius A".   But he says "If we went into northern Anaheim we would be out manned by the local terriestrial inhabitents".   I had a dream last week where I was telling someone in the dream that Mal Evans "is being a little whimpy these days, not defending what is his".   In other news- - this is weeks old- - but I thought I'd check Joni Mitchell.  She is not Andromeda D but a member of a small group that lives in Merin County.  The other three musicians in this same group you'd know are the Carpenters, Gordon Lightfoot, and Maria Moldaire.  Earlier in the day, Jim Morrison initiated contct with Mal Evans to discuss this incident today with the District Attorney.

I want to talk a little about the Christian Persecution in ancient times.  I learned today that the Roman Empire didn't seek persecution as part of some personal vendetta, but the population at large demanded it, because the Roman people themselves hated the Christians.  The first really massive persecution was under Emperor Decius and lasted only two years from 249 to 251 AD.  Later it resumed briefly under other Emperors and was picked up in a major way by Diocletian in 303.  Christians were kicked out of the Roman Army.  So much for ancient Christians being unwilling to fight in the armed forces.  Some articles leave the idea that Christianity did not become the state religion till late in the Fourth Century.  This isn't exactly True.  Almost immediately in the time of Constantine- - the Emperor worked virtually hand in glove with the Church Papacy and the Pope now lived in great splendor and the Pope, Sylvester, of that period,  actually had the luxury of dying in his plush bed.  There are questions about Justin Martyr.  He talked a lot about the Logos - and spoke of the Logos coming into being as a creation of God- - at some point after God's own existence, so as such is in conflict with Catholic theology.  Justin got the term Logos from Philo of Alexandria's writings in the first century.  Justin quoted from the first three gospells but his normal term for these were "The memwires of the Apostles".  There is only one reference to being Born Again, and the article kindly informs us that "This expression of being Born Again was part of the litergy of the Baptism ceremony" rather than being a quote from the Gospel of John, with which the Apostle appears unaware.  (Or maybe Justin Martyr WROTE the gospel of John, which wouldn't surprise me in the least)  People wonder about the relation of Christianity to Rome.  In AD 96 there was a foreign religion tax that Jews had to pay, but Christians were at this time specifically exempted from the tax, which makes you wonder.  Justin spoke in his early writings of "The seed of the Word, which is in every man" and only later preferred expressions of "From the life of Christ".  This notion of The Word being a living entity is an interesting one.  As you well know the Apostle Paul seems to have had little or no exposure to any Gospel writing.  What struck me was the notion of civil unrest generated by the Christians rather than some "doctrinal vendetta".

Beware of Creeping Conflation

You're heard of "creeping inflation" but what is "creeping conflation".  This will be a theme of this posting.  It's what's done by the tea party and right wing Republicans.  For instance saying that Saddam Hussein was responsible for 9 - 11 is "Conflating" two separate Truths into a single, toxic idea.  This is the same general plot line of Startrek I the movie.  For instance- - if any US Citizen is opposed to various measures of the Israeli government- - he is immediately tagged as being an anti Semite even though for instance Netenyahoo is seen by the people over there much as Bush and Chaney were seen over here by our own people.  Also it's funny how with all the problems with the Irish Republican Army back forty years ago- - nobody in the media in trying to resolve or discuss this problem of terrorism and bombs going off in crowded public places- - nobody would label the other side as either "Anti Irish" or "Anti British" in any kind of a racial sense.  Certain words have become toxic through overuse and misuse- and anti semitism is one of them.  We all know that- - the Christians are "all for the gathering of the people" into a localized Homeland because that will make it easier for God to kill them over when the Rapture comes- and judgement is rendered to unbelievers.  Capish?  There are apparently FOX reporters who announce as actual News that "There can be no doubt that President Obama is the most anti semetic president we've ever had, and there is definitely no love loss between the US and Israeli leaders."   Well to be fair, how often is it that the leader of a foreign nation has come right out and said he was for the opposition party like Netenyahoo came out overtly for Mitt Romney in the last election.  We don't hear from Semon Perez and other Israeli leaders.  Someone has said that it's really not a matter of race or ethnicity but rather resources.  Palistine has water resources and other things being near the Jordan, and Israel is showing Bad Faith in continuing to build Illegal Settlements on the West Bank, as though this were NOT a provocative act.  Clearly, President Carter has pointed out the war of agression and Opression against the Palistianian people.  Hal Sparks had so many good ideas broached on his show this morning it was almost scarey.  He says that Religion is kind of like- - cornering the market in Comodities or Stocks.  It's a question of "having a resource and knowing the world needs it, and you'll convince the world DOES need what you have even if you have to engage in some world class lie telling and manipulation.  It could be a resource such as salt or some spice, or it could be oil, or in the case of Palistine- - it would appear to be water rights.  Clearly it may be the first time a President of the United States will be garnering BAD press from doing something POSITIVE by visiting Israel.  The FOX people need only say "Well in the President's first term he NEVER visited Israel.  Clearly- - there is pretty much ZERO resemblence between social policies- and health policies of the Israeli government as opposed to what the Tea Party espouses- but people like Dr. Levy will never admit this.

We've heard a lot about "Original Intent" these days.  I favor Original Intent to the extent that we can know it.  There are three ways of Reading a document we have discussed before- - Exigesus - - Isogesis and Endogesis.  In the case of Religious documents- - they tend to use Endogesis- - which is what you would call the "Settled case law" argument.  That is- - reading these documents literally with how the words actually translate would make for some very confused- and strange rendering.  So religion has relied on a "common church tradition" to tell us what these words written down mean.  This is endogesis.  In cases like this we don't have a prayer of "Exogesis" because there is no way under Heaven we'll ever learn the "original intent' of the authors, because we don't know who they are and they are long dead.  In the case of the US Constitution we have extensive writings and notes of the time and we know exactly who said What- at the convention.  We have the Federalist Papers, which I doubt the Tea Party has even read.  Certain supreme court decisions- - Might not be so bad if they were properly applies.  For instance this Laughlin decision that states that "An employer has the right to contract with any employee for Wages and Conditions".  I agree with that.  But we call the interests of the workers- - Unions.  They contract for us because we workers need an equal standing and clout- in dealing with an Employer.  No sane person would defend child slave labor under the Laughlin decision because I learned early on in business law that a Minor is lot presumed legally competent to Contract before a certain age.  It might be 18 or it might be 16, but there is an age.  There is much contraversy over whether the Constitution gives people the right to Privacy.  Well, I've thought about it and it gives the people the right to Privacy- - but not the right to Secrecy.  For instance you can't have conspiritors or drug deals- - or suicide pacts happening.  And you can't commit murder in a live fetus and call it "Privacy".  And when it comes to free speech- - - and citizen's united- - yes, we have free speech- - - and speech is advocacy.  In the open forum.  But clearly from the git go- - the Tea Party has functioned far less as "the loyal opposition" but rather as some- - Secretive "shadow government", who doesn't recognize the official government- - kind of like Chang Chi Check or somebody.  The whole purpose of the tea party is Stealth.  This idea of "When we take over we will put in all of our secret plans that we have been working out - - in Secret- - for years, like abolishing Glass Stiegel and going to war once more in Iraq.  May I suggest such Secrecy isn't kosher.  That is to say- - it isn't playing fair. It isn't on the level.  I darkly suspect that a lot of the people behind Christianity when it took over at the start of the Fourth Century- - were guilty of this sort of Dick Chaneyism- -  being this Darth Vader force that's going to wipe out "Culture as we know it" and make people see things Our way.

I would like to do a paragraph on straight verses curved.  Yesterday I was guilty of conflating things.  In that thing about "curving time lines" I first start talking about a vertical plane- - but then switch and talk about a horozontal plane.  Just to bring you up to speed- - - the Vertical Plane- - - -  stands for what I'll call "Momochromic causality".  That is- - all the Causality on THIS plane- - is alike in Kind, but only varies on quantity or Intensity- - like a photograph done in one hue.  The other side of this two dimensional plane would be of course Time.  My argument now- - as opposed to the classic Federation position- - - differs in this way in that the classic position is that TIME was seen as going out in every direction- - and each direction is a straight time line.  This is why I have said in counting total dimensions there is- - Eleven Dimensions- - but in my new tally system of dimension- - if you had two dimensions of Time it would bring it to Twelve.  MY view now- - says that "Time" is kind of a generic quantity- - - and can be "applied" to various modes of causality- - to make parrellel universes.  My other point is a mathematical paradox over- - that goes like this.  If half of ninety degrees is 45 degrees, then half of 56 degrees should be- - 28.  But it isn't.  It's notibly higher.  The question is why?  I'm talking about sun angles and shadows at the vernal equinox right now.  Sometimes- - curved lines can be seen by the eye as Straight- - depending on the Projection system involved.  I'll keep this simple right now then we'll move on.  If you have a cyllendar screen- - like the old Pacific Bell screen at Disneyland, they used to tag "Circerama" - -  - - If you view an angle going up at 56 degrees to your left- - the line will appear straight- assuming you're stand at just the right spot in the room.  But now- - take that screen and- - "unwrap it' and lay it out on a straight line.  That formerly "straight line" has become in fact a Sine Wave.  The line goes up and levels out- and then actually starts falling.  So it's kind of a 56 degrees that- - when you divide it in half-  will give you more than 28 degrees of sun angle at three of clock in the afternoon 4:00 Daylight Saving- - - .  It's markedly higher at four PM.

Some of you brighter light bulbs in the pack - You may have been asking yourself "Is it Possible for a person to take a Negative Chance?  That is- - because of Action you Take- - your prospects of Success are actually LESS than what they were Before you took that chance, and in retrospect would have been wiser to have done nothing?  There is a saying in Religion- - notibly in the Bible- - called "The Fullness of Time" in which things ARE destined to Happen but NOT YET.  As you know- with our gravity parabola graph- - negative gravity - space and time are no problem for a computer.  But I want to make Clear what I'm talking about.  I'm NOT saying the Opportunities or Potential for Success are not there.  They ARE.  But they are not for you - - Now.  There used to be a church hymn I hated at the Calvary Chappels that goes "It's all in His Time" meaning God's.  I resented this song because my thought is "I want to be the one in charge of ordering event in MY life- - and not leave that to the caprice of God".  But I may have no Choice.  For instance- - the song "She Loves You" first bombed royal when it was released in america on the Swan record label around the first of October of 1963, as strange as that seems.  It was exactly the same song.  The same encoded track in the vinyl.  But it didn't sell and actually turned record officials OFF.  Those of you fermiliar with hyperbolic trig and the famous "Freeway Interchange Onramps" diagram - - know where I'm headed with this, and I broached this topic several months ago.  You know religions talk about the arrival of Spring being some Mericle and how Saturnalia is the celebration of some Miracle or the Rebirth of the Sun- - by setting s spruce tree on fire or what have you.  Sometimes you take a Chance- - and blow it royal.  But take chances Less often in the future.  Eventually you just "give up".  You hear this notion of "giving up" or hitting bottom or the "nadir' of your prospects.  Because the only thing you've "learned" is that the less you Try the less you Fail.  Yet there is a constant onward stream of events that is Already set in cource- - kind of line while it is still the FALL Season- - you Know spring is coming because though the days are getting shorter they are getting shorter as a Slowing Pace.  Capish?   We know that hyperbolas and perabolas can be shuffled about to have a different "zero point' in the case of a Parabola.  If you view yourself as taking a chance IN TIME- - well it can be argued that is Time as you know it is still negative- - this makes your Chance- - Causally a Negative Action.  The potential is always there- - there is no doubting that.  I mean the people in Jesus day would have loved to have been informed about penecillin or creating a sterile environment in surgery or of pain killing drugs.  The people would have Loved it.  And the reality of these things EXISTED then- - .  But it didn't happen.  You have to wait to "round the curve" and "hit bottom" and finally you STRIKE when the Tide is headed in your direction.  One could argue from this that perhaps President Obama ran four years too early.

Shouldn't Enlightened People Be Bold People?

If there is a single problem that stands out among liberals and progressives over the past six years it's a marked lacking in Boldness.  Right from the start, after the Democrats got a strong mandate in congress in November of 2006 riding the crest of a tide of disaffection with Republican congressmen- - they should have been like "surfer Jesus" and cashed in on it.  What do you think of these Bible movies today?  Apparently a whole raft of them is scheduled to come on the market.  First they say that the President is a Kenyan communist with Islamic sympathies who is destined to leave the country in shambles by 2016, and the next thing you know they are putting out photographs of "Satan" that are photo shopped to look like President Obama.  We know there is no modesty on the other side or any sort of "hesitency" to cross certain lines of decency.  The other side though has blown it on a key characteristic of Courage.  Because true courage is based on overcoming your odds and taking a bold chance and persevering and winning.  These Republicans don't have to do that any more.  They don't HAVE to look at the polls.  They don't CARE if 91 percent of the people want background checks for bun purchassers.  Money is indeed the mother's milk of politics - - so why pay a grocery bill buying dairy products when they can continually suck on the nice warm teat- - which is the sow of the international corporatist money machine.  Not only are banks "too big to fail' and "too big to be prosecuted" but political races are so swathed in money- - last year it was an open question whether any cause no matter how just- could counteract the money machine- - mot money from any mandate of the people, but politics and politicians bought and paid for, pure and simple.  Even this morning that lady on KTLK interviewed the General or whatever who wrote "Ten Steps to how we broke Iraq" or whatever.  It contained the same old political pablum of "How the war was a wonderful thing for the people of Iraq and gave them a marvelous idea to experiance Western democracy".  Of course if you're now homeless because your house was bombed out or one of the 120,000 dead, you might see things differently.  I've heard Randy talk about wonderful truths in Bible stories.  You have the story of Nabal- - and the moral of this little tale is "No matter how rich you get- - remember to pay your taxes because you don't know how others continue to insure that you indeed get to Keep your wealth- and if you kick against this little moral principle, then dire things will happen to you.  Speaking of the 120,000 there is a line near the end of Jonah where God talks about this city if Ninevah with 120,000 "of people who don't know there right hand from their left- - not to mention much cattle.  And you want me to SLAY all of these people and are disappointed because I did not?"  Hey, there is some casting.  Dick Chaney as Jonah.  What do you think of that Samson is Black with dreadlocks, and Noah gets in sword fights with Pirates- and Jesus is a blond haired blue eyed Portuges with a British accent.  Go figure.  It takes all kinds for Bible movies today.  You know the other side is getting Bolder when they can put out any old piece of poorly produced crap and call it giving glory to God by getting people interested in the Bible.  Randy Rhodes said "In most movies based on a famous novel- - the Book is almost always better.  By the way if you're looking for a Rape story- - yes, there is a father who did not "Deal With" his son being guilty of Rape- - and his little oversight came back to bite him in the ass in later years and even the Lord declared "The sword shall not depart from your land".  If Black bigotry is your thing- - there is a story I relate in my prophecy book about Moses marrying a Black woman - - and God makes it clear to those not so hot on this marriage that God will get mighty pissed- - not at Moses but those would "Spit on Moses" by cricitizing this marriage.  If you want stories about people trusting in money to the exclusion of all else, I will remind you of what Jesus said to that farmer in Luke 12 I think, where he tells him "Thow fool.  This night thy very Soul will be required of thee.  And what will become of your riches then?"  This may be the closest thing to the oft quoted "You can't take it with you".  If you want one on wealth redistribution you have Isaiah 40 or whatever where it says "Every valley will be exaulted and every mountain brought low".  If you want stories about "nobodies" who none the less garner respect from great men, I would give you the stories of either Daniel, or Joseph.  If others seek your life- - I would suggest reading the writings of the Apostle Paul- and many harrowing stories in the Book of Acts.

Last week I had a conversation with Jim Morrison that was too lengthly to report in what I was doing at that time but now I'd like to come back to it.  As you know Jim Morrison, or rather his human vessle alias Mark Campbell (if you're into MY theology - - and I'm pretty sure it isn't replicated in every other major world religion mythological structure- - .   Jim Morrison agrees with Bones' version of the creation of the Universe, which as you know from last week is the "Star Burst" view of the Universe- which is pretty darn close to the Big Bang theory.  Morrison says that this "Starburst" occurred in "null space" which he refers to as "Stoned Imaculate" space.  As you know from my book, with no small help from Mark - - Evil is seen as "going within" and the nine circles of Hell become increasingly constricting.  The afterlife is "Out there".  As you also know well, Jim Morrison believes the world was Created at Dawn, and will also End at Dawn, in a violent conflagration - - like the epistle of Peter talks about in the New Testament.  This "null space" if you haven't seen the Star Trek episode-  - there it's ruled by this Wolf God creature who has no concept of either Time or Change- - or of Distance.   And when HE is in control of things- - YOU too are subject to HIS beliefs because HE is in Charge!  That's why Piccard at the end of that episode says "If we do battle again it will be in my realm, here- - among the stars".  In this model- - there were no dimensions and no time.  But a great explosion or confligration occurred seemingly "in the twinkling of an eye" to get Biblical on you.  Within secconds all sorts of cosmic stuff went down really quickly.  Ask a scientists about it.  The math involved there is "above my pay grade".  Every direction in this explosion pushed a dimension of Time.  So how many Time lines ARE there.  This has always been an underlying mystery with me- and Morrison did not answer this question last week only to say "How many you possibly imagine- - you can bet it's More".   I myself have kind of backed away from the idea of "null space" because of the simple Problem with it - - "Where do you put it?  Where does it fit in to the overall picture?  The mind balks at even posing this question.  But Morrison says that out beyond a certain expanse of null space is "The Cosmic Rainbow".  We discussed this as far back as the spring of 1980.  There are the six stages of cosmic perfection of the soul or whatever.  First there is the dark red realm probably associated with radient heat also, known as the 'Hell" realm.  This is the realm in which Demons continually appear and pose riddles to you- - and you must answer the riddle before going on to the next riddle.  If's your job- - kind of like the people Sanson played mind games with- - to win out over the poser of the Riddles.  When you do you have achieved the first stage of cosmic enlightenment or the Mastery of Wisdom and Knowledge.  We then move on to the golden realm- - kind of a just off color sodium double line spectrum gold-yellow, if you've ever had chemistry.  (I'm sure Pope Francis could tell you about it)  How you "master the realm of riches" is not gone into.  We then come to the green realm and the "Mastery of wholistic health".  The value of a physically well body- - - is a treasure beyond compare, which most people don't truly appreciate.  Then we come to the terquoise realm or the "Mastery and Death of the Ego".  Death of the Ego is Mark's idea.  I think I got my own idea of "checking your Ego at St. Peter's gate idea after hearing Jim Morrison talk.  I'll check my dates.  I found the idea intriguing that Death of your Own Ego would or should be a thing sought after.  We then come to "Love's true bluish Light' or the mastery of Love and Emotional healing.  Oddly this step takes place AFTER you have killed your Ego.  We then come to the final region of the violet or ultra violet- - or the mastery of locality and physicality.  I think the thing here is that a photon has so much energy in these rays it can kick an electron out of its orbit and "excite it".  I know a lot of horney teenagers who would love that.  So these are the seven realms to cosmic perfection.  By the way this final realm is represented by The Charriot card, which is and has always been fronted by the group Blue Cheer.  But now I would like to add to Jim Morrison's remarks just a little bit.  Because you know the adage "Opportunity knocks but once".  The number of possible Events- - on a chance not taken - - is always One.  That is you always turn down One opportunity or Chance- - at a time.  By the time you actually take one Chance- - the odds dictate that nearly three opportunities have come your way.  But be warned that your "penalty score" or counts against your credits can exceed one.  Because the chances of failure or "failure to replicate what you just did" is a ratio to the number of chances or opportunies possible and NOT the number of chances taken.  With each chance taken,  your total opportunities- - followed or not- each time increase by nearly a factor of three.  This is how it is with the Universe expanding through Time.  The number of contingencies grows- - - exponentially, and now is the time to use that term.  But be warned-  should you fail your "Chance" score is cut in half and the success rendering is actually Below even odds or below a point five or fifty percent- - so that- - guess what the Agrigate or Cumulitive- - chance of success actually falls Below fifty percent.  The only redemption in this is that life always changes- - and so the cards have been shuffled since the last time you received a deal from the deck from the Dealer.  But here is one for you and this is the idea of "continuing".  Some hyperbolas "Continue".  It could be argued that other hyperbolas "break down" with two many of these "fifty fifty splits".  Because if you have only a few of theese the idea of "being able to get back on track" becomes mathematically prohibitive after a while.  But now take that curved hyperbola line and look at it side ways.  That is turn the tulip flower so that the line in question is straight.  I say this to answer the question of "How can a line be both curved and straight at the same time".  Does the sun make a curved or straight path accross the sky?  This time of year one can best argue it makes a Straight ling path accross the sky from east to west, this being the Vernal Equinox so that you are neither above nor below this cosmic "hula hoop".  Just pick any line of the"Tulip" until THAT one line is straight to the eye.  So now you see that you can progress in a curved perpindicular path from line to line (parrellel universe to parellel universe)  This line is a curve because it is equal distance from the Origen point of the Big Bang.  So what does it represent?  First it actually is not just a line in the "generality" sense - but a plane.  But you knew that.  But it represents- - -  casual differences- - - as seen at a point in Time.  If you were to look straight "down' (?) or perpendicularly on this plane, you would see a flat starburst pattern showing not Time's progression but only ("he says Only") the Differences between parrellel Universes.

That which is Tollerable - Will Not Be Changed

Today, March 19th is the tenth anniversary of the start of the Iraq War, which has virtually defined our foreign policy over the past ten years, and concerning which so many lies have been spoon fed to us by the government.  We know it wasn't "weapons of mass destruction".  President Bush told lies when he said that the inspectors were kicked out of Iraq, and that's why we had to go in now, but in point of fact, the UN inspectors were never kicked out of Iraq and continued to do their job and continually did not find any evidence of "weapons of mass destruction".  Sixty Minutes proved in an exposee a few years ago that reports about Iran stratigic capabilities were deliberately falsified and that George Bush knew it was a lie the minute he came out of his mouth.  This is what those on the right continually deny the reality of.  They keep insisting that 'It was a mistake anybody could have made", but the truth is our going to war in Iraq was no "mistake' but part of a planned attack that dates to early 2001 to pre 9 - 11 times.  Chaney and Bush were obsessed with Iraq literally since before they assumed office.  And now over four thousand are dead.  We were told the War would cost only fifty Billion.  Donald Rumsfeld said "This effort may last six weeks - perhaps longer- - I doubt it will last six months".  George Bush ordered the Navy to put up that sign on that ship of "Mission Accomplished" for his great "May Day" speech of 2003.  This is the one where they carefully manovered the ship about to get the most optimal lighting for the cameras.  We were told that Iraq would finance their own reconstruction "Out of the profits they make on the Oil".  There was a service man who was interviewed on the Randy Rhodes program today with all sorts of stories to tell.  The dumbest thing we did was to disband the Iraqi army so that looters ran rampent making more work for us.  Also we forbade any member of the Bath party from occupying a government position in the new government.  So those with any administrative abilities at all to help build Iraq- - we got rid of- to insure a maximum state of Chaos in Iraq, and also insuring that we would stay much, much longer than anybody supposed.  We know that Dick Chaney wanted to turn control over Iraq to Haliburten, which he was C E O over.  Even on that Service man's second tour of duty in early 2005 he supposed we would be getting out soon, and was very disillusioned to learn that we had no intention of getting out.

WASHINGTON — Senator Dianne Feinstein, the California Democrat who 35 years ago discovered the bullet-riddled body of the gay activist Harvey Milk, reacted with anger on Tuesday that gun control legislation the Senate is to consider next month will not include the reinstatement of an assault weapons ban, a measure she had fought desperately to keep.    “How many assault weapons do you need circulating?” Ms. Feinstein said to reporters, noting that her bill, which had almost no chance of a hearing in the House, exempted many weapons. “To have these mass killings is such a blight on everything that America stands for.”  At a Senate hearing last week, Ms. Feinstein said that she still could not get out of her mind looking for the pulse of Mr. Milk, her colleague at the time on the San Francisco Board of Supervisors, and in the process “putting my fingers in a bullet hole.”   Senate Democrats plan to introduce after the Easter recess a bill widely supported by both parties that would increase the penalties for people who buy guns for those barred from having them, known as straw purchasing. But Senator Harry Reid of Nevada, the majority leader, told Ms. Feinstein on Monday that her assault weapons ban would not be included in the bill.  “I tried my best,” Ms. Feinstein said with obvious disappointment. “My best, I guess, wasn’t good enough.”   Earlier this month, the Senate Judiciary Committee passed four pieces of gun legislation: the straw purchasing measure; the assault weapons ban, which included limits on gun magazine sizes; a grant program for school security; and enhanced background checks for gun buyers.   The Senate bill is likely to include the school safety measure, and it may be expanded to include the enhanced background checks. But Mr. Reid is weighing the relative merits of bringing that measure to the floor, which for now has limited support from Republicans.   Mr. Reid said he would allow the assault weapons ban and the limits on magazine sizes to be offered as amendments, Ms. Feinstein said.   “I have said I want people to have the ability to vote on” various gun measures, Mr. Reid said on Tuesday. “My job is to find one of those that I can bring to the floor.” Mr. Reid said that while he felt sympathy for Ms. Feinstein, her bill had far fewer than the 60 votes needed to avoid a filibuster. Mr. Reid will introduce the one measure that does have ample bipartisan support, the straw purchasing provision, which would make the already illegal practice a felony and increase penalties.   But a bill that is limited to stemming straw purchases would be all but certain to enrage groups that have been seeking broader legislation. They want measures that would make it more difficult for criminals and mentally ill people to obtain firearms and would limit the size of magazines.   Whatever congress was supposed to get done we were mentioning over a week ago by late March- - well late March is upon us- - and congress is no closer to accomplishing so many of these vital objectives. The point is that when all is said and done, Congress may drop the ball of significant gun legislation as well as dealing with the debt ceiling crisis, or for that matter dealing with some of the massive defense department waste like John Boehner getting jobs for weapons manufacturers where - - like the F 22 first developed in 1988 it has proved utterly useless as a weapon because it’s virtually unflyable for any sustained period of time.  There are many such military white elephants that are protected by Congressmen for their districts.

It is said that what is still tolerable, we will not change.  But two things became "intolerable" to me and so today I took what may be sucessful action on both of them.  My brother called me in the morning just to talk, apparently.  There is no new news on Mom but she’s seeing the doctor today.  My brother seems less concerned than he was last week.  My brother was curious about my food situation and I told him I had taken no real action.  But then I broached the idea that I owed the bank money and that the phone company hiked my bill by a new $3.50 charge.  He said he’d refer the matter to Judy.  Judy called back and was helpful and said she would speak to the phone company about it.  Judy called back an hour or so later to say that the problem had been taken care of and that the charge would be removed from my bill.  The phone company did not profit from this particular charge so were happy to remove it.  Hopefully this will get me out of hock with the bank a little, but perhaps not in three days.  I can’t risk it.  Judy also mentioned six potential causes of my inability to gain weight.  These are diabetes, cancer, low level infection, tape worm, taburculosis, thyroid condition, and that’s it.  I wrote down these words on a separate page and ripped the page out.  I was correct in assuming that Dr. Saran would be here later in the day.  He was and I went through this list of six items.  Dr. Saran said of those items- a thyroid condition was the most likely, and he scheduled a blood test for that.  My blood pressure was 124 over 78, which is pretty much entirely back to normal.  So at least I don't have to worry about My blood pressure.

Pope Francis was officially installed this morning and carried live at one o clock on ABC and I have seen none of it but can only presume it can be found on the internet.  In the Pope’s hominy he was admonishing the people, in Italian, to remember the poor and the powerless.  Vice President Joe Byden, himself a Catholic, was the US delegation representative.  How interesting it is that they will refuse comunion to anyone favoring abortion- - but they won't deny it to people who favor the death penalty, even the Church is on record of being opposed to the death penalty.  The Church has announced they are opposed to War, too.  The church loves to talk about the virtue of having celibate priests - but will not say a word about alcohol abuse or the effects it can have on people as far as getting into auto accidents- - or raping sixteen year olds at parties.  When was the last Homily you heard a Catholic official give condemning the Mafia?  So the Church is highly selective about what it preaches against.  One individual from the Other Side of the Void, and that would be Stewart Sutcliffe- - says this deal about betraying his fellow Cardinals to the repressive dictator government- - - "Is a deal breaker for me".  Stewart cannot endorse this Pope.
