People Who "Don't Get It"

There is such a dizzying array of stories in the news it's hard to know where to begin. Last night I watched a computer program to "read people's faces" to glean emotions because people with Aspurger's sidrone lack this ability to read other people's emotions so the computer clues them in. Of course Aspurger's sidrone is a form of autism, that one in 150 children suffer from according to the latest statistics. They say there are three genes that exist but are not "turned on" with autism. I had formerly seen items where various ailments are caused or prevented by genes "not being switched on". Sometimes learning drills can do it alone. But perhaps they can use drugs. This is a case in which a drug might actually prove beneficial.

Of course I've been trying to figure out why this guy Gary, who is annoying, reminds me of a Born Again Christian. I've suspected that he has "Aspurger sidrone" because I'm constantly sending him signals besides the verbal ones, that I'm bored or annoyed by the things he says, but he never seems to pick up on the message. I thought of calling this posting "Don't believe your own psychic vibes, just listen to the propaganda". James Dobson is an advocate of "turning off" your own preminitions and vibes. But a lot of times you read a lot through body language, though I doubt it's sixty percent or higher as they say. Reading Nicole's emotions today on DL one saw a lot of trepidation, dejection and anxiety. But clearly I have given enough "signs" both verbally and by my actions, that I was very interested in Born Again, say even in 1971. But all of these signals were blocked and rejected and I was walled out. Even in 1976 and early 1977 I was keenly interested in getting in to a regular "Bible Study". But I made a horrible mistake. You see, I saw a Bible teacher as a conduit, a means to an end. That "end" being a better understanding of the Bible and drawing closser to God. Instead when we finally got a regular one (a future Calvary pastor) it was "All About Him". The Teacher became the central iconic focus of the group and all else about the fellowship group seemed expendible that the Teacher gain further predominence. I'm just saying this because if there is a planet out there, like Beta Centaurius, in charge of Born Again- - they are probably saying now "This whole thing didn't turn out at all like we planned. It's gotten really out of hand". The other morning I woke up with a certain StarTrek episode running through my mind. It was that "Dowd" episode where this guy lived with his wife on this planet that had otherwise been wiped out by a space invasion. And Piccard wanted to know why. At the same time Dianna Troy's psychic abilities were actively being blocked by the old man. I'm thinking perhaps his wife symbolizes Jesus, or someone you wish hadn't been killed, but was, but you can't accept it so like Norman Bates have to "bring her back" and all sorts of genocidel fanticies (or attrocities against young women in the shower) have to be committed to counter-ballance your own obsessive vengence. And you engage in cover ups in other ways like produce space ships that twice "Run Captain Piccard off" and like a moth, each time he keeps coming back, as if driven by his own obsession, and Warf tells him "There's nobody here. What are you LOOKING for". That's like Christianity. There is nobody there- - at least nobody you're expecting and if you did "find what you're looking for" you wouldn't like it because reality would be more bizzare than you imagined.

Now Jesse Jackson wants to cut off Obama's balls. The worst things about Jesse Jackson's remarks about "Talking down to Black People" is that it makes the whole Black race look bad, and now the whole race is being put on trial. Meanwhile Obama could not have hoped for a better springboard, short of a Vitalaigo attack, to make him appear more White. I think I'm going to vote for the libertarian candidate. The reason for this is that will hurt Mc Cain and get Obama elected, but at least it will spare me having to vote for Obama. You can't support something that has abandoned you. I'm not going to redefine myself to acomodate some egotistical would be leader whose all image and no substance. (Selah)

So much of the news has a National Enquiror feel to it. Like this notion that the shot of missles in Iran being launched were doctored somehow. But apparently not as doctored as Randi Rhodes was claiming. Any time you see vidios like missiles going off, it's like a campaign add for Mc Cain that money can't buy. But now Mc Cain has his own comeuppance because Phil Graham is saying that we are all whiners and just "imagining" the recession. No doubt in the same way that I'm "imagining" my problems with Christianity. The thing is these gas prices are real and energy costs affect the cost of everything we buy and things will only get worse in a snowballing phenominum that will cause our whole economy to unravle. Of course now there is this Revrend Lindsey guy who says the World Bank and the International Monitary Fund actually sets the price of oil and the Saudis are just as much victims of their swindles as we are. According to this man Iran plans to flood the world with cheap oil when the time is right, but there is a massive move afoot to prevent this from happening by any means possible. And now there are these bracelet things the airlines are going to Institute according to Randi Rhodes. These bracelets are given for passengers to wear so if you lose your boarding pass you can still get on the plane. And these bracelets have background information on you. And they also contain a shocking device in case you're a hijacker an airline stewardess can point a lazer gun and activate the electronic shocking device. I have no doubt that events in the world are moving so fast that a few years from now you won't recognize the place. But don't get "Future mental malaise!"

Thom Hartman says we should regard the Republican Party as a whole as a criminal enterprize like the Mafia. And the way to get it is to try to "turn" the small fish, and get them to finger the big guys. It isn't just "Political" as the media portrays it. The thing devistating about this FISA bill is that it's most likely in Civil suits where facts about the Bush Adminestration will be brought out in court. But now all of that is gone. Apparently Nancy Palosi is re-thinking bringing up Impeachment charges against President Bush. Hopefully if he's impeached then a provision in the constitution will kick in and the President will not be able to pardon himself. But the congress needs to vote out articles of Impeachment prior to January 20th. 2009.

Apparently 46% of the population wants troops out of Iraq in less than one year. It would seem that Obama is a little out of touch with the American people on this issue. There are all sorts of web sites out there including one saying that the 9 - 11 attack was caused because of our dangerous policy of supporting Israel. Of course there is documented evidence that there were bombs planted in the World Trade Center towers. We may never learn the truth about what happened that day. Thom Hartman is still saying that the Bush Adminestration plans to disenfranchize voters who are most likely to vote democratic such as minorities, the elderly, and the infirm. I hope we don't have another Zimbabue on our hands in this country. I think that someone has gotten to Tom Hayden. I didn't understand all that crap he was saying today except he was saying that Berock Obama is the leader os some "movement". If he is, I'd like to know what that "movement" stands for! I think there will be a growing tide to abandon the political parties much as the abolitionists did in Abraham Lincoln's day. Lincoln was one of those candidates who had trouble getting on the ballots in all the states, but he still won. But he didn't do it by compromizing. I even agree with Rish Limbaugh, as perverse as that sounds, on this issue. If you abandon your base, you squander your chances of winning elections. (Selah)
